The two rode in complete silence as the warm car drove down the soft mountain. Paparazzi found their way behind them. The cop cursed under his breath and turned his head back to the couple. "Guys, we have a problem. What do we do?" He said.
"Just go to the hotel, but take the back roads." Michael said. The man nodded and followed Michael's orders.
They were going down a rocky dirt road now, the rocks kicking up and making dents in the car's metal. Soon enough, they were pulling into the five star hotel. Michael sighed and looked over at Lila. The look of relief clouding in his eyes. "You ready to do this show?" Michael said. Lila nodded. They got out of the car, Benji meeting them at the door. "You're still gonna do the show tonight?" He asked.
Michael smiled. "We can't leave the fans waiting." Lila tightened the grip on Michael's hand and walked to the elevator. "Be ready in an hour, the show will start at seven." He says, pressing the 'up' button. Michael stepped in, still holding Lila's hand tightly. "Michael?" Lila asked. He looked down at her, his brown eyes glimmering. "Yes?"
"I love you, so much." She said, pulling him into a hug. The tears that were basically begging to go down Michael's face finally came out. "I love you too, Lila."
They stayed arm in arm as they walked to their room.
"So, what are we wearing tonight?" Lila asked, plopping down on the soft bed. "I have no Idea." Michael smiled. "You wanna pick the outfit out?" He smiled. Lila walked over to Michael's suitcase and took out one of his outfits. "How 'bout this? It's your last night in Japan, and you wanna look your very best, right?"
Michael nodded. "But since when did I not look my very best?" He said, pouting with his hands on his hips. Lila laughed and kissed his lips.
