"And you are?" They guy said standing in the doorway. He looked me up and down and then did the same to Mia. "Malik invited us" Mia grabbed onto my arm. "You brought me along so you could see Malik!?" She whispered to me. I smiled and ignored her. "Come in I guess" The guy stumbled out of the way(he was drunk).
The inside of the house was dark and hot. Mia latched onto the back of my dress as we bumped through the sweaty drunk people. "Hey!" A familiar voice shouted. I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from but I new it was Malik. I pushed on forward when I felt someone grab my arm. "Hey D! Come chill with us" Malik looked back at Mia. "Your friend to"
We sat in a circle with about 10 other people, boys and girls. I sat with Malik on my left and Mia across from me. "When did you start going by 'D'?" Mia said out loud and rudely. I was going to tell her to be quiet, but Malik spoke first(which was becoming his thing). "Ever since she jumped butt naked into the lake" Mia's eyes grew wide. "You did what!?!" She looked at me. "Can we just start the game?" A girl said. "Yeah I'm with Elsie" said another. Malik bulled out and empty beer bottle. "Now here are the rules" he smirked and looked at me making me flush. "You spin and who ever it lands on you kiss, if the bottle lands in between 2 people you spin again and who ever it lands on next you guys have to do 7 minutes in heaven" the circle of people broke out in sighs and oohh's. I looked over at Mia, she looked so uncomfortable. I was surprised she hadn't bailed yet.
"Who wants to go first" Malik raised the bottle in the air. "Pass it here boy" The guy next to Mia said gesturing for the bottle. "I hope it lands on you" he said tapping her. She smiled at him but I knew she was terrified. I suddenly rushed with gult. What would she do if somone did land on her? The guy spun the bottle and it landed on another guy. "No way I'm kissing Jerik!" The circle laughed and chanted "KISS!, KISS!" They did eventually kiss and the circle erupted in cheers.
When the bottle finally reached me I was praying that it landed on Malik. Of course though the universe hates me and I had to kiss some random guy. His lips tasted like beer and sigs.
Last but not least was Mia she had been lucky so far not to get anyone to land on her, but this time there was no way out of it. She spun the bottle rite away no hesitation.
I couldn't believe who it landed on!!
