"Oh fish!" I took a sudden left to save my & my brother's life.
"What was that Zaid?" My brother Zayan questioned me
"A Lamborghini was just about to hit us"
"I saw that" he gave me a deadly glare, "when will you grow up? That's why I told you not to drive but you're so stubborn" Zayan shouted at me.
"But I know driving it's just that-"
Zayan cut me off in between, "it's just that you cannot drive in India" he opened the door and came over to my side to drive the car, "now please don't tell me that you're a licensed driver & shit"
I surrendered to him and sat quietly in the passenger's seat. However, it wasn't my mistake. I was driving slowly and was on the right track. Just because some people have a Lamborghini doesn't mean they can drive rash. I wish I could meet that Lamborghini's driver, I wouldn't have let him go so easily. What does he think of himself?
"Oye, where are you lost?" Zayan punched me on my arm
"Nowhere" I shrugged
"So what's the plan for tonight?" I shrugged again, "what's wrong with you?"
"Nothing bro"
I rolled down the window of my car and looked outside. It was 5:30 am; the sun was about to rise. This would be my first sunrise in India after a decade.
When Dad asked me to return to India after completing my studies, I was ambivalent about it. But I thought I can however, come here, for a vacation at least. Dad wants me to either handle our family business of manufacturing sports equipments or enter politics and I am not interested in both. I am still young I want to party and enjoy life.
I didn't really wanted to come back. I came back only to party in a different culture and make new girlfriends, of course. I'm bored of European & English women I wonder how it feels like to have an Indian girlfriend.
"Zayan?"
"Hmmm?"
"I want an India girlfriend" all I got was a blank look from my brother
"You already have a girlfriend, right?"
"Yes, I've 3 girlfriends" before my brother could say something else I stopped him, "we're not serious"
"Okay, so you mean to say that all your 3 girlfriends know about each other?" He questioned me with an eyebrow raised, as if interrogating a criminal
"Noway!"
Our conversation came to an end when my brother's human alarm rang i.e., bhabi ji ka call. Before leaving London I had already told Zayan's girlfriend to introduce me to her single female friends. Now, I can't wait to meet them.I am coming back home after 10 long years. I still remember the day I left from here, the day when Nihal, my younger brother, passed away in a road accident. That day, there was no reason for me to live here anymore.
Nihal & I were affected the most after our parents' divorce. Mom wanted us to go along with her but Dad, being a rich & powerful man, took our custody. It's not that I don't like my dad or something but sometimes these things bother me a lot.
After my parents' divorce, both of them became busy in their own lives. Mom remarried & moved abroad and Dad too, got married and moved to Delhi to start his political career. And here, Nihal & I were left alone. Although we had our grandparents to look after us, we were lonely. Nihal became my strength, my world, my life. We both were enough for each other.
Never in my wildest dreams had I imagined that I would loose him forever. Never imagined that one morning he would leave the house to never return.A/N: I'm sorry everyone, it's been a very long time since I have updated my story. I was very busy but now that I'm back on Wattpad, In Sha Allah I'll try my best to give you regular updates on Zaid & Alizah. Please do motivate me with your lovely comments.
