What's your name and how are you doing?

Macs
Hey there! My username is MissMaccaSunshine, but people mainly call me Macs. (It's not my real name but it's a bit late to change it, lol.) And I'm doing pretty well, a little tired, but thanks for asking.

Interviewer
Let's start with the first question. Tell me a little bit about you and how you first found out about the Beatles?

Macs
Well, firstly, I'm a teenager from that rural little country New Zealand, and I'm a total Beatles nerd.

I found out about them through my Mum. She found a "Hits for Kids" version of The Beatles songs and said I should give them a go. Needless to say, I fell in love almost immediately and soon went on to pursue anything Beatles related. Thus was the origin of my obsession!

Do you have a favorite album? And if so, why?

Macs 
I really like The White Album, Sgt Pepper, and With The Beatles - I honestly can't choose a favourite out of the three. I love The White Album and Sgt Pepper because they both have such enjoyable songs; I could just lie on the floor and listen to them for hours. As for With The Beatles, the songs make me want to dance and sing along. It's a basic little album, but it holds a special place in my heart.

What made you start writing about the Beatles?

Macs 
Well, I've always enjoyed writing, and I started writing Beatles fanfiction when I was about 12. I had a denim jean journal and just started scribbling in it because I was bored. I wrote a story about Paul getting pregnant (kinda similar to my "McGirly" story), but I didn't know it was considered fanfiction.Then I started writing more fanfiction on a website called Quibblo, and then I eventually transferred to WattPad. My first story on here is called "Golden Lockets", and it spawned an entire universe of characters, places, and events in my little world of fanfiction.

That sounds great! I started by writing with a paper and pen too.

Do you have a current fanfic that you are really excited about? And if so -- could you give those that are reading a spoiler?

Macs 
Yes, I do actually! I'm currently working on endings for two stories of mine: "A Bit More of You" and "My Thin White Duke".
Spoilers are... one of the stories has a happy ending while the other has a bittersweet ending - it may not be the endings you expect, though! (;

Have you got any Beatles fanfics planned in the future?
And what are some of your favorite Beatles stories by other authors?

Macs 
I have a few fics planned, including a prequel to "My Thin White Duke" which will reveal David's backstory and why he's the way he is, and a collection of short stories featuring my beloved fictional half-sisters Serenity and Georgia. I also plan to continue with my newer fics "61 Memory Lane" and "The Search Engine Genie", even though no one has really read them yet.
I love all sorts of fanfics by all sorts of different talented authors... but if I had to pick favourites..

1) "Really Rogerina" and "All My Loving" by AndILoveJohn

2) "Just Friends" by arctic_beatles

3) "Plane Fear" by consulting_hedgehog

4) "Beatles Weight Gain One-Shots" by You-You-You

They're all brilliant stories by lovely, amazingly talented writers. Definitely worth a read!
