Disclaimer: I don't own Star Wars Rebels or its characters. I do however own Arkilack, my OC.

With the purple claw in my face I decided it best just to listen. I started to reach up and take my helmet off and the scratchy voice responded.

"Watch it, you're severely outnumbered here," the voice came out drawing a bo staff.

"I'm just taking my helmet off," my modified voice came out. Having told him what I was doing I took my helmet off and took a deep breathe having not taken my helmet off in a few hours. I then felt the ship shake from getting shot at by a TIE fighter.

"Is there anyway I can help get rid of these TIE fighters?" I asked the creature in front of me. He shook his head in response.

"We don't have any reason to trust you," he said. I started to hand over my weapons, first went my R-415 Huntsman sniper, then went my D-18 Pistol, then I pulled out the combat knife that I kept in my boot. Slowly I handed the creature the hilt to my lightsaber.

"Be careful with those," I stated, "now you know I can't do any damage, now go help your crew." He nodded before walking off with the weapons. I looked at my helmet and decided to start cleaning it off before the ship shook from another shot. When the helmet was clean I looked into it and saw my reflection looking back.

My brown hair that should probably be cut, my freckled face. Another shake hit the ship. This seems to be at a regular pace by now. I finally let what had happened at my old base hit me, up until now the adrenaline had kept it away but now I felt like I had just been hit by a ton of bricks. The pain in my back I received from the inquisitor, the pain in my legs from the fall I'd had when I jumped over the shipyard wall. The fatigue from running away from the storm troopers halfway through the city.

Another hit from the TIE fighters kept me from collapsing however, getting my blood pumping I quickly climbed the ladder near the back of the cargo area and entered what seemed to be the gathering room, there was a couch surrounding a holo chess table some chairs scattered throughout, and everywhere I looked I saw color. Another shot hit the ship but this one was worse than the others I ran down a hallway and saw a green twi'lek sitting in the pilot's chair shouting something about a nose gun.

"Where's the nose gun?" I asked her wanting to help.

"Who are you?" She spun her head around at me.

"No time, where's the nose gun?"

"It's that way," she responded pointing behind me. I ran in the direction jumping into the seat and gripping the handles.

"Can't be that hard," I told myself before looking out the window at the followers we had amassed. I saw at least a dozen TIE fighters behind us. Taking aim I attempted to shoot at one of them barely missing. Taking aim at another I just barely hit its wing causing it to spin out of control and crashing into another one taking two out of the equation.

I saw more shots coming from our direction that took another two out. That leaves us with about eight. Firing almost in unison three more ships were taken out. Leaving five for us to deal with. Out of nowhere another four ships showed up. I heard the captain's voice over the communicator, "I'm getting us out of here," I saw as we jumped to hyperspace, the blue enveloping the ship.

I then felt something grab me by the head and carry me back to the main room and throw me down, it was the purple creature, his voice came out scratchy once again, "I thought you were going to stay in the cargo bay!?"

"I was," I attempted to defend myself, "but I couldn't sit by and do nothing!" I saw Ezra appear from one walkway and the Twi'lek from another.

"Zeb," Ezra started, "what are you doing to him?"

"He's an intruder," the creature who's name I'm guessing was Zeb started.

"He helped get Sabine back to the ship!"

"It could be one of the Empire's tricks!" I started to close my eyes, the adrenaline was wearing off and all of my injuries from the day were starting to take hold. I just passed out, in my armor, on the floor, surrounded by people arguing.

~

The Mandalorian male had fallen unconscious, unknown to Zeb and Ezra who continued to argue over what to do with him. The Twi'lek stepped into the middle of the two and broke the argument up. "Not only did he bring Sabine back to the Ghost but he also helped us take the TIEs out and escape, he stays here until he is able to tell us who he is and what he's doing here."
