Huh, that was weird. I slowly walk out of the room, and click a few buttons on his door. Footsteps appear, and I follow them to the entrance of the mansion. Then, they disappear. I'm confused for a couple of seconds. Finnick takes the back door out when he has ¨work¨ to do. Suddenly I get an idea. I use a loose brick to pull myself up, repeating the motion until I get to the roof. And there he is, crying.
I have never seen Finnick cry. I have seen him upset, but never, and I mean never, have I seen him cry. I immediately feel bad for some reason and sit down next to him, throwing my heels down at the ground. His head snaps up at me, and he gives me a sad smile. "Hey Princess." He says, his voice cracking. I just hug him. He is so familiar, his sea smell, his green eyes. He hugs me back, and I feel tears running down my shoulder. "Stop it. You are Finnick Odair, heartthrob of the capital. Everyone loves you." I tell him, and he nods, pulling me away from him. Then I climb back down, and go back to my room.
