Consequences (an Erwin x Mike fanfic)

"I love you..." Erwin choked out in a quiet sob. "But I know you don't care, you never will.." He said as he picked at the skin on his fingers. The basement door swung open quickly, startling Erwin. "Here's your food you worthless fuck.." Mike said as he threw a container with cold scrambled eggs in it. It's the first time he's seen food in days.. maybe even a week or two. Erwin grabbed the container and removed the lid before taking a few pieces of the yellow scrambled eggs and putting them in his mouth and chewing slowly. Erwin hated that taste. He's eaten it so much it tastes like nothing... A few minutes later he laid back down on his 'bed'. Tears ran down his cold cheeks slowly "I love you..." The said male whispered softly. The soft tapping noise of his master's boot against the cold cement startled him. Mike scoffed. "Disgusting... Pure trash.." He muttered loud enough for Erwin to hear before kicking him straight in the back three times, causing Erwin to arch his back, groaning in pain. "Gross indeed." Mike said as he walked upstairs and slammed the door shut. "I-I'm sorry Master... I didn't mean to displease you.." Erwin mumbled as he buried his face into his hands and sobbed. All he wanted was for somebody to love him, and not hurt him, and not abuse him. He felt worthless, like a punching bag, or a rag doll. Erwin knew Mike had anger issues, and he had no way to get out all this anger out. Mike went to the gym occasionally, but it was rare now. Mike started taking his pills again, which made Erwin slightly happy, knowing the beatings will die down a bit, and not be as brutal as they normally are.
