Remember When

Chapter 14

Jackie rolls over and slowly opens her eyes, it's still dark but she can see enough to know she's not in her room at her and Harry's home. Looking around Jackie remembers everything that happened the night before, raising her hand she looks at the ring on her finger, she then looks at Harry. She still couldn't believe Harry did all this for her, here, the pier, their home, the love he's shown her is undeniable. Knowing Harry's alarm is about to go off, Jackie inches closer to Harry and starts kissing him, first his forehead, then each cheek, his nose and finally his mouth.

"Hmm." Harry hums when he feels Jackie's lips on his. "Now that's what I call a wake up call." He say in his sexy morning voice.

Jackie chuckles. "I figured if your alarm is about to wake you anyway, I'd do it in a much nicer, gentler way." Jackie says as she run her fingers through Harry's long hair.

"Works for me." Harry smiles, pulling her to him. "Morning babe." He whispers as he kisses her again.

"Morning." Jackie mumbles as she kisses him back. The blare of Harry's alarm causes them to pull apart.

"Ready to head back to the real world?" Harry asks as he gets out of bed and starts gathering up their clothes, handing Jackie hers.

"Not really, but I guess I will if you promise we come back here soon." Jack says as she buttons her jeans.

Harry walks over to her and raises her chin, kisses her lips lightly. "Babe, we'll spend the weekend here if you want. It's my weekend off."

"Perfect." Jackie smiles as she sits on the bed to put her shoes on. Once home they both changed quickly so they could meet everyone at the cafe like always.

"There you two are." Niall says. "I picked up our mail at the police box office, I do believe our back pay has arrived." He says, passing out the envelopes to everyone. "Ready to open them and see what we got?" Niall asks, when the other three guys nod, they all tare open the envelopes, all four of their eyes widen.

"What the actual fuck?" Louis says looking at Jackie. "Are you sure this is correct?"

Jackie looks over Harry's arm to see how much his check is. "Yep. I told the them not only did they owe you guys your missing pay but interest also. I got lucky when they agreed, just don't go spending all that at one time." Jackie laughs.

Harry chuckles. "I don't know, don't you think this money will be a great start for a wedding, or honeymoon?" Harry teases just as his mom places the food on the table.

Anne's head pops up and she looks at Jackie's hand. "Oh my God. You're getting married?" She whispers, then just as the cafe door opens and Kate and Andra walks in, Anne yells and hugs Harry and Jackie. "You're getting married! It's about fucking time."

"Calm down mom, you should have know this was going to happen." Harry laughs.

"When?" Dani and Sam asks at the same time seeing the look on Andra and Kate's face.

"As soon as possible." Jackie says. "We want to start a family right away, I want to have his child and we're not getting any younger." She laughs.

Harry wraps both arms around Jackie, resting his chin on the top of her head. "You ready to be a grandma mom?"

"Hell yes." Anne say. "Now sit and eat, we can plan this wedding."

"Well isn't this sweet, the guy that swore he'd never get married is finally tying the knot." Kate says as she walks toward the table where everyone is sitting.

Jackie turns and looks at Harry. "You know it's one thing having to deal with all the damn bullshit drama we have to deal with on the job, but I don't have to put up with this in our personal lives." Jackie says, worrying Harry. "I love you, but you don't do something about them, I will and I can't guarantee it will be as nice or as painfree as you would." Jackie smirks.

Liam laughs. "Girls, I'd listen if I were you, Jack may be small but we saw her just yesterday flip a guy twice her size through the air like he weighed nothing. She's stronger than she looks."

"I'll say." Harry chuckles. "Believe it or not, when we're working out at home, she can almost match me weight for weight." Harry says shocking the others. "I think she lifts maybe fifty pounds less than me."

"Wow, Harry, I've never known you to lie for anyone before." Kate says. "What has this little girl got on you for you to do that?"

Both Harry and Jackie stiffen at the same time. "Okay that's it." Jackie says. "I'll try the nice way first, when we get to the office I'm filing a restraining order on those two, I'm tired of this." She snaps.

"You're filing?" Kate starts to say.

"Oh shut up." Anne snaps. "Yes, our Jackie can do a lot of things, she's a lawyer and she can make your life hell. So do us all a favor and back the fuck off." Anne yells.

Jackie slips off Harry's lap so she could hug Anne. "Momma Anne, calm down, we'll just ignore them, finish breakfast and when we get off work Harry and I will come here for dinner so we can discuss the wedding." She says, kissing Anne's cheek.

Anne pats Jackie's arm. "You're right dear. You guys eat so you can get to work, I'll make sure I have your favorite meal fixed for tonight." She says as Jackie sits back in Harry's lap so she can eat.
