Chapter 11

~Morgen P.O.V~

I look at the clock it's 4, I decided to to start getting ready. I put on a maroon shirt and black high-waisted pants, I slip on some white vans and go to the bathroom to do my makeup. Once I was done I looked at the clock is 5, Bailey should be here soon. I walked into the living room and sat in the couch going through social media. I look up and see Grayson leaning on the wall, looking at me. I smiled at him

"Hey, how long have you been there?" I said patting a spot next to me on the couch.

"Not long, I guess" he said walking over to the spot and sat down. "Where are you going?"

"Out for a while, I have to deal with something" I said still looking at my phone. He laid his head on my shoulder.

"Like?" He said

"I don't know yet, I'm pretty what I'm thinking will happen. But I don't know." I said looking at him, he was in a black long sleeve shirt that fits him pretty to show off his muscular arms, with white joggers. "Where are you going?" I said pulling on his shirt

"Oh, I met someone the other night and I'm taking her out tonight" he said sitting up looking at the time. "Shit I got to go, I'll talk to you later" he said getting off the couch and walking out the door. I looked down at my phone again and felt a tear ran down my cheek. Then I heard the door open and close. I looked up and say Bailey standing there with a smile on his face.

"Ready?" He said waiting for me to get up.

"Yeah" I said walking towards him and he went to kiss me but I turned my head so that he'll kiss my cheek. He looked confused at me.

"You okay?" He said holding my hands.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Let's go"

(They are at dinner, and almost done eating​)

"What's the matter Morgen, youre scaring me." Bailey said looking at me. Throughout the whole dinner I was just staring at the table, I haven't even looked him in the eyes. "God damnit Morgen, will you just look at me?" He said grabbing my hands.

"Bailey," I looked up at him, removing my hands from his hands. "You are one of my best friend's, but maybe that's all you are" I said letting tears run down my cheek.

"Wh-what are you saying?" He said, I looked at him again seeing hurt in his eyes.

"Maybe, We should break up." I said

"No, Morgen please" he said with tears in his eyes. "I have never felt this way before with anyone. Please, what did I do wrong and I'll try to fix it."

"Bailey, it was nothing you did. It's just that I don't know, I guess just. We got into an relationship really quick after Jake and I broke up. I guess I need time on my own" I said lying, I know why I'm breaking up with him. I just don't have the feelings I had before.

"Okay" he said signing. "But when you're ready to be in a relationship again, I'll be waiting for you." He said getting up and walking out.

I say there with my face in my hands, crying for a little until the host came up to me.

"Ma'am, your food has been paid for, so we need you to leave." He said. I looked at him and nodded my head and walked out of the restaurant. I realize Bailey drove me here and I have no way home. I pulled out my phone and called Ethan.

"Hey Morg, what's up?" He said. I started to sob "what's wrong? Where are you?" He said worried.

"I-I just br-broke up with Ba-Bailey. And I ha-have no w-way home." I said trying to talk normally

"I'm going to come get you. Where are you?"

"I'm at Bu-buffalo"

"On my way"

I hung up the phone, and sat on the floor with my knees in my chest. I know, I shouldn't be crying all that much. But like I'm going to be alone after this. Grayson found a girl, I don't have Bailey anymore, Anna and Ethan are always gone to work on their wedding. For the first time in my life I am on my own, and that's really fucking scary to me. Soon I see Ethans car pull up. I stand up and walk to the car, I opened the door and see Grayson instead of Ethan.

"What are you doing here?" I asked looking at Grayson confused.

"I was at home and I heard Ethan talking to you, and he told me what happened." He said watching me as I got into the car.

"Wait, weren't you going on a date?"

"Yeah, but I left something at the house and I went to go get it, and that's when heard him talking to you. So I cancelled, so that I can be here for you." I looked up at him and smiled a little bit.

"You didn't have to do that" I said looking out my window and we drove around.

"I know, but I know you need me more then ever right now, and I'm willing to miss out on dates and sex to be here for you" he said laughing at that last part. I giggled a little too.

"Whatever" I said pushing him.

"Do you want to go home or go somewhere else?" He said

"Somewhere else, I need to get away" I said still staring out my window.

"Okay, I have a plan but we need to go home first, you can stay in the car"

"Okay? What are we going to do?" I said looking at him, he looked at me and smirk then looked back at the road.

"You'll have to wait and see."
