chapter 7: Exorcism
Night soon came, I threw on a black hoodie and sweatpants leaving my hair down . Lord Magorie had telepathically spoken to me a few minutes ago telling me that he had found an old abandoned jail house with a sound proof room that was still in pretty good condition. He said it was located around 128 st. Ave. I stalked toward my door, slapping the light off and quietly closing the door behind me.
I stalked down the stairs like a cat.
I had convinced my mom that I was spending the night at Angels, she didn't question me or why I was dressed like I am or why I had decided to leave so late, which I though was good because it saved me a lot of trouble and time.
She looked up from her book that lay in front of her on the kitchen table. She smiled up at me, "have fun, baby love you." I nod back, "thanks mom, love you to."
I walked out the front door slamming it behind me and stalked to my car. I had to admit I couldn't wait to see lord Magorie, and for him to flash that Beautiful smile that made me melt inside. I longed for his warm embrace, that breath taking kiss, and those warm comforting eyes to run over me.
I stalked to my car and unlocked it, getting inside I closed the door behind me locking it. I stuck the key in the ignition and turned. The engine roared to life and I quickly backed out of the drive way and raced down the street.
The streets where eerily quiet. No cars in sight. Strange, usually they are buzzing to life, but tonight, no car was in sight. I took the highway, empty to, and excited on to 128 st. Ave. I drove around for a little bit gazing at the dark windowed buildings. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a man. He looked around my age with dark purple hair died white at the ends, piercings on his lips, eye brows, and nose glinted in the moon light. He wore tight leather black pants and a spiked belt with a chain protruding out of his left front pocket. He had on a white t- shirt and black leather jacket. His eyes where bright yellow and slit, he was staring right at me.
When I blinked, he was gone. It was like as if the wind had swept him anyway in its arms.
I soon came upon the most gothic- type 1800 style, abandoned building and the biggest of them all. It loomed above all the other buildings and cast shadows upon the street. It's windows boarded up, shattered and some completely fine but in need of cleaning. Cracks raced along the walls and ground around the building. Vines sprouted from them. I gaped, it's beautiful even though it's a jail house.
I drove down the narrow alleyway an parked my car out of sight just in case anyone saw. Graffiti marked the side walls, it made me angry, who would vandalize such pretty architecture?
I got out and closed the door behind me and locked it. The barking and howling of dogs echoed from nearby, dancing off the sides of my skull. I crept along the wall toward the back of the building, I soon came upon a fence that loomed over me, barbed wire still at the top. I peered through the fence hoping to spot lord Magorie, all I saw where a few broken or rotted wooden tables an cracks that ran at all angles on the ground that looked as if the Hulk had smashed it. I crept forward more and found a broken open gate that was connected to the fence. I pushed it open, it groaned. I pushed my way past it and raced through the court yard the the broken open doors that led into the jail back of the jail. I crept down the hallway, it smelled putrid. I couldn't get the thought of that man I had seen out of my head.
I ran down the hall. "Lord Magorie?! Lord Magorie?!", I call again.
I turn down another empty hall and run into someone.
