Lloyd's POV
I walked out of Doomsday Comics with the newest issue of Fritz Donnagan! I can't wait to- "Oi! Blonde brat!" I heard someone yell. I froze and didn't turn around, Neuro... "Hey! I'm taking to you!" Neuro said and grabbed my shoulder, forcing me to face him and his crew. "I-I d-d-don't h-have anything f-fo-for y-y-y-you." I stuttered, I was trembling. Neuro chuckled and snatched my comic. "Looks like you do." He chuckled and tossed it to Shade. I watched in horror as he tore it apart. "T-that cost me my entire allowance! I had to bid for it!" I cried out. Turner chuckled and zipped behind me, "What a nerd! How could this be the grandchild of the first spinjizu master? The former golden ninja? Y/n's crush?" He asked and yanked my hair. I winced and blushed at the same time.
"Y-you're trying t-to get to me.. YOU IDIOTS!" I yelled and shot energy at them all. I didn't wait to see the reaction and ran, bad idea. Turner caught me and brought me back to his group. "You're gonna pay for that!" Shade growled. Ash cackled, "I want the first hit!" He said. Neuro looked at him, "He'll try to punch you. But otherwise go ahead." He said and grinned wickedly at me. Shade and Turner held my arms behind me and Ash kicked me in the stomach. I gasped and wheezed, I have asthma! Their trying to kill me! "S-stop!" I yelled as Ash kicked me again and punched me. I broke free and was instantly pulled back into their grip.
"That's enough. Save some for all of us." Neuro said. They dropped me, I can't use spinjitzu, I'm weak. I coughed harshly and covered my stomach and chest. I had a broken ankle and managed to beat my father, my powers made the overlord stronger yet I beat him twice, I had my powers stolen by Chen yet won, I fought a ghost, I even fought a genie pirate and pythor again! I can't keep fighting. My fathers gone. I have no motivation to train.
I felt hard blows and kicks all over. Neuro placed his foot on my head and began harshly stomping on it. This is it.... I'm gonna die here. I can't breathe. I thought as I was kicked in the back, my ankle was broken again, my left arm is also broken, my chest hurts and my head is throbbing.
"LEAVE HIM ALONE!!"
I looked up with blurry vision and saw a figure in f/c. "H-help m-me..." I called out weakly. My throat is sore from crying out in pain. I could taste blood. The figures e/c eyes hardened at the four towering over my broken form.
Your POV
I took a step forward then started moving around in a circle, a bunch of me following. I didn't know this existed till I found a hidden realm, with hundreds of other realms inside it. I believe it's called rhythm echo. They all looked confused except the one with black and white hair. I smirked and launched at them. I repeatedly kicked the one with red glasses, knocked out the one with pale, almost rock like skin. Broke several of the guy with black and white hair's bones. And used Ren to beat up the guy who kept dissolving into smoke.
I bent down to Lloyd. "Don't worry, I'm here." I said and began healing his injuries using a small remedy I learnt.
*time skip*
Lloyd's POV
I sat up and winced.
"Careful. You need to rest."
I looked over and saw the figure in f/c from earlier. They turned around and I couldn't breathe again. "Y/n?!" I rasped, clutching my chest. "Lay back down. You have a broken arm and ankle, three broken ribs, I didn't see any signs of a concussion. So that's about it." She said. I obeyed and she spoonfed me tea. "This will help with the pain. Your family should be here shortly." Y/n said softly. I groaned in frustration, "Now they get to see me like this. The supposed 'green ninja'? Please. More like the 'weak ninja'." I spat. Y/n put pressure on my arm and I screamed. "Listen to me. You are not weak, your depressed. Don't worry, I'll help you get through this. The four that messed with you are now in prison, found guilty of aggravated assault." She said. I nodded slowly. Her words reached me in ways nobody else's could. "Y/n don't hate me OK?" I pleaded.
"Why- mmf!" I slammed my lips against hers. Kissing my crush was heaven! I felt sparks flow through my body, fireworks exploded from my chest. The best part? She was kissing back!! I was kissing Y/n L/n! Suddenly I didn't feel pain anymore.
I pulled back and saw that Y/n's f/c GI was now silver. "Lloyd?" She asked and I looked down. "I-i feel great! I can't believe it! I'm the golden ninja again!" I cheered and hugged her. I noticed my family standing in the doorway. "Crap! Now I owe Jay $15!" Kai said. I raised a brow. "We made a bet. Sensei said that the green ninja's lover will turn him back into the golden ninja. His lover will become the silver ninja. I better on y/n and Kai didn't." Jay explained.
I blushed, "Y/n? W-will you be my g-girlfriend?" I asked. Y/n had tears running down her cheeks, she nodded and I kissed her again.
