"Yahhhh, why're you taking so long?" Jooheon questioned, folding a baby blue scarf around his neck.
"Be patient, I'm still kinda sick." Changkyun insisted, even though he was fully rid of any coughs or sniffles.
"Yeah yeah okay." Jooheon stood in the fresh new blanket of snow at the bottom of the apartment stairs, taking in the chill of the winter air. Once he was finished being fascinated he pulled out his phone to see 50 unread messages from Minyuk. "Aish, what's with this hyung?"
"What hyung?" Changkyun asked, hopping down from the metal steps and landing in the plush snow below.
"Minhyuk."
"What'd he do?" The younger wrapped an arm over Jooheon's shoulder, and leaned closer to see the flashing screen of his smartphone. " He worries too much."
"Yeah."

The two boys trudged down the snow ridden streets of the outskirts of Seoul, looking here and there at the occasional few twinkling lights held around small ships and stands. It was peaceful, for once, not too many people wanted to be outside at this time, and cars didn't dare to roam the icy roads. The majority of people leaving out were needed for any non computer based job, Jooheon's and Changkyun's at the cafe being a prime example. The cafe was perfect for this time of year, catering to couples, families, and individuals who just needed some warmth and quiet from the world. The coffee, tea and sweet treats filled their customers with joy, and the entire flower theme of the cafe attracted many visitors, especially tourists. But really the best part about the cafe was the homey feeling it gave off, the way each worker tended to the customers gave them a sense of importance.
Not many coffee establishments could accomplish this, nor mimic it in any way. The sit in and stay a while concept made the experience more memorable while most places just had people go in and get out.
As they approached the entrance of said cafe, two young girls, possibly in their mid teens came out giggling.
"He was cute." The first girl said, with an obvious smile forming into the words.
"I KNOW! But did you see the way that barista looked at him?"
"Oh my god yes! They're so adorable!"
"They have to be a couple? Right?"
"Probably. Their skin ship has blessed me!" She pretended to be fainting, as if she were in a soap opera, what with her dramatic composure.
"You're so weird Jungah!" The second girl teased, playfully slapping her shoulder as they passed by Jooheon and Changkyun.
As she laughed Jungah nudged her friend towards the direction of the two boys, emphasizing the fact of them having linked arms.
"Aww. I wish we could be like that.." She said turning around to keep up with the pace of her friend.
"Yah, how many times have I told you we're not going out Sungjin!"
"I never said we were going out, I just inferred it~"
"Aish I can't deal with you.."
"Well get used to it my future wife!" Sungjin stuck her tongue out and ran down the block, Jungah shortly following after.
This didn't go unnoticed by the pair as they shared bright, warm smiles to match the feeling the two girls had.
----------------------------------------------
Now inside, Jooheon fiddled with a black flower bow tie around Changkyun's shirt collar, careful not to choke him and it ruin the fabric. As he finished up Minhyuk hopped out from the elevator to the second floor and greeted the two with a hug that literally left them breathless.
"AHH CHANGKYUN I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE OKAY!" He screamed as he squished the space between the three of the even tighter.
All he could do was give a half smile, on the account that Minhyuk's arm had been pushing one of his cheeks up.
Jooheon would have smiled as big as he could too if he wasn't being jammed between the two boys.
Minhyuk finally let go and continued to flash his smile at them. They were panting and Jooheon even had to use the floor for support.
"Oops. I guess I hugged you guys too hard again."
"No... kidding.." Changkyun managed to say between quick breaths.
"Well, after you two are done come upstairs, rush hour's about to start soon!" He skipped back to the elevator, leaving Jooheon and Changkyun to look at each other and sigh. Today would be a long first day back.

¡Hola! I said I would make it longer and I did just that! Enjoy this sloppy chapter, and I swear all of this will come together within a few chapter and make a little more sense, I'm trying not to stress myself with making the story too fast paced so that I can write at my own speed whenever I can. Thanks for 400 reads and I hope you've enjoyed thus far! (Btw the photo used was taken in Hawaii during sunrise by yours truly! 😜// as most of the pictures I use are by me)
