Chapter 12

Summer’s POV

As the door opened I felt a shiver run through my spine. I didn’t know how the girls and boys in matter of fact would take my appearance. Would they be shocked? Would they be too careful around me and keep their distance in case they hurt me? I don’t know. I’ll just have to find out. Harry’s hand was still in mine and I was happy with that. Harry’s hands were so soft and so comforting and our hands fitted perfectly. I squeezed Harrys hand harder as I saw Louisa open the door. Her face was shocked when she first opened it until her smile finally appeared. I opened my arms and gave her the biggest hug.

“Summer you home!” Louisa shouted in a shocked but happy tone.

I heard what sounded like a stampede coming towards me. I looked up for Louisa to see Niall, Louis, Liam, Zayn, Maddi, Sian and charlotte all stood with their mouths open until they realised it was me and ran towards me giving me a big group hug.

“Guys I  ... can’t … breathe” I said slowly struggling for breath. They all let go and took a stepped backwards. I felt harry come behind me and wrap his hands around my waist.

“Summer you’re better” I heard guessing it came from louis seems as everyone was looking at him as if he asked some stupid question. To be honest it was stupid as I was here now so I must obviously be better but I couldn’t help but give out a little laugh.

“Yes I’m a lot better thanks Lou”

He came up to me and gave me yet another hug but not as tight as the last one he gave me. Standing in the presence of the girls and boys made me feel safe and wanted. I have never always felt this way. Many people had turned me down when they found out what had happened to my dad. People have always left me out, left me to be myself. I felt lonely at times but being with these guys really made me feel like I was wanted and being the girlfriend of harry styles was even better.

“Summer, are you okay?” I hadn’t noticed but my face had dropped and a tear was slipping from my eyes.

“Oh yes sorry I was just… thinking”

Harry turned me round and wiped away the tears that were falling down my face.  He did this so gracefully with the front of his thumb and then kissed me on the forehead. I felt even more loved knowing all these guys was here for me.

“So I’m guessing you two are together then?” I heard a voice say as harry was wiping away my tears. It was Liam.

“Yeah” I replied with a smile forming on my face as I turned back round taking Harry’s hand and walking slowly into the front room where I’m guessing everyone was until I knocked on the door as finding nemo was playing on the TV.

“So my little harry finally picked up the courage to ask you then” Louis said with a small giggle in his speech. I turned to look at harry as he gave Louis a glare stare. I heard everyone else laughing so I joined in. Harry joined it too after he finally gave up on giving Louis the evils. We sat down on the couch facing the TV but we didn’t really watch it. I snuggled up next to harry, my head resting on his shoulder with his arm wrapped cosily around my waist pulling me in closer to his warm body. I had my arms wrapped round his waist while his head was leaning on mine. It was perfect. He was perfect.
