Mum's finally gone home. Thank God...

I mean she's my mum and I love her, but when she's telling the guys all sorts about when we were kids it's just not okay... She has to go...

"Rye! Brook! Andy! Blair's just called. He's got some news!"

"What?!" Andy shouts back.

"Come here and find out!"

"You come here!" Brook shouts.

"Just go before I slap you..."

"Yeah, stop being lazy Brook."

"Liv. You're supposed to be on my side..."

"Just because you're my boyfriend doesn't mean I have to be on your side.."

Wait what?!

"Did you just say what I think you just said?" I look at them. "Liv! They weren't supposed to find out yet."

"Excuse me?!"

"Okay... What is actually happening?"

"Shut up Fowler..."

"Ooh.. Sassy.." Danni glares back at him. "You two are dating and you werent gonna tell us?!"

"How long?" We basically shoot a load of questions at them.

"What's taking so long?!" You could hear Mikey still waiting for the guys. "Not now Mikey!"

I have a headache.

"Everybody shut up!"

"Thank you..." I look at Liv and Brook. "Now... Liv. Brook. What the heck guys?"

"I'm gonna see what Mikey wants." Rye gets up and leaves. "We wanted to wait another couple of days..."

"Why? Why not just tell us?" 

It could be because they didn't really wanna be in a relationship. Like they've said before they prefer being friends. Also it could be because of everything that's happened already.

"You'd make a huge deal out of it." Liv shrugs, looking down. "We have made a huge deal out of every other relationship..."

"It might be because they didn't want to be in a relationship. By not making a deal out of it, it would just be casual."

"Exactly." Liv points at Andy.

"Guys!" Rye runs back in the room.

"Andy, Brook. You need to come with me."

"Why?"

"It's to do with Blair's news. We need to go now." Brook and Andy get up. "Can we come?"

"No... But you'll find out soon... Come on guys..." I look at Andy and he just shrugs "See you then..." Brook, Rye and Andy leave without saying bye.

"What was that all about?"

"No idea..."

The guys had been gone for a while and we hadn't heard from any of them until a post was put on Instagram and Twitter.

Not long after Brook's tweet they were back. "Brook you're a bitch."

"So you guys gonna tell us?"

"No." Andy sit downs. I get up and sat next to him and start poking him.

"Andy. Andy. Andy. Andy. Andy. Andy. Andy..." I carry on and Liv, Danni and Laura did the same to the others until they gave in.

"Okay. Okay. Stop! We'll tell you. Rye?" We all look at Rye.

"Basically... We're gonna be having a new trialist for the band. He's called Jack, he's from Ireland and he'll be joining us tomorrow."

"How long is he gonna be on trial?"

"About a month..."

"That explains the fifth shadow."

"Yeah..."

We ended up staying over at the guys and we had to be up early for when Jack arrives.

"Bed head alert." I look in the mirror, and I looked like I'd gone one on one with a mountain lion.

"Shut up... You try having long hair..."

We hear the door knock. "That'll be Blair..."

"Why is he knocking? It's his flat..." Rye just shrugs before going to answer the door. "None of us are dressed."

"At least you got clothes on. Rye just went to answer the door in his pants."

"Lets hope it is Blair... And not some poor soul." Danni jokes.

"Hey, I'd be fine with it..."

"Of course you would Laura..." I just shake my head. "Why you shaking your head? If it was Andy you'd be fine..."

"Don't give him ideas." Andy just smirks at me. "Shut up."

"Everyone this is Jack."

"Alright Jack... I'm Harriet. Sorry I'm not exactly dressed to receive.." Gesturing to the current mess I'm in.

"Hey Harriet.. Don't worry about it. I mean Rye just opened the door in his underwear so..."

"Yeah... He has no shame .. I'm Laura.. And you really don't know what you're getting into with these 4."

"So true.." I nod in agreement. "But apart fron that welcome to the mad house Jack."
