"Emily stay hear with me please" he begged as he took my hand in his and stared deep into my eyes. I said nothing for I was lost in his bright blue eyes "I can't just leave my family" I replied being honest but also worried for him. He dropped my hands and walked away in anger "why not?" He asked while turning back to me. I opened my mouth to say something but morning came out "please....I love you Em" he finally said while walking over to me and cradled my face. We looked into each others eyes for what seemed like forever "I...." I started to say when he hushed me and slowly leaned in.
"Emily Hail!" My teacher called to me snapping me out of my mind and back to the collage. "Yes Mr. Griffin?" I asked nervous as the whole class giggled to themselves "you ok?" He asked confused "yeah" I replied. He nodded to me as he then continued with his lecture. I sank down in my seat to hide myself from the whole class. I looked up at the clock to see how much longer I had when something hit my shoulder and fell into my lap.
I looked behind me to see five girls sitting about three rows up. They then pointed to the note and gestured for me to open it and read it. I picked up the crumbled up ball of paper and opened it to find words that seemed like they weren't even in English. "Got a present for you Hail" I mouthed to myself as I decrypted the note. I turned to the five girls and they were cracking there knuckles.
I quickly shoved the note in my bag and made sure I was ready to go to my locker. Every minute that passed I became more and more scared and when I slowly started to calm down the bell rang making me jump in my chair. I quickly stood to leave when the girls from behind me beat me to the stairs. I waited for them to pass and not once did I look up at them as they passed and when they did I kept my distance as they walked.
After getting out the door I quickly went to my locker and dropped everything off not caring if I had homework or not. I stood to leave when I heard people shouting behind me "where's Hail!" they yelled but I didn't turn around. I jumped into the crowded hall and headed for the door. After a few moments I finally heard "there she is" behind me then I started to hear people stumbling and complaining in the hall. I turned around to see the girls almost ten feet away and even at that point that was way to close.
