Chapter 6. The Past Comes Out

*Hey guys so I've been getting comments saying to update and I'm sorry I just had a huge writers block. but here it is Chapter 6 so I hope you all enjoy and you all know the drill vote comment it helps out alot and thank you all so much for the support. So here it is Enjoy*

        It's been at least a month and the tests for school are over so that's one thing but then again there's one more problem. I'm more scared then anything now. All the other vampires or whatever they are, are for sure wanting me dead after Lestat saved me from them more then once and now thats happened it....I'm scared for Lestat. I mean I hanven't heard from him in a long time and after seeing that inverview with the reporters and him saying that his words in his songs are giving away vampire secrets I'm more then sure that all the others of his kind are not happy with him.

        I sat in my room listening to his music and learning from his words he spoke but none of them made sense to me. He spoke in a way that I didn't make sense to me and no one else even bothered to listen to them or even have little intrest at all.

        "The hunger inside given to me makes me what I am...always it is calling me..." I listened to his song as it came on the radio 'given?....as a gift or curse?' I though as I looked at my radio then shook my head. I got up and shut it off then walked down and got some food from the kitchen of Lucy's house.

        School was out and I'm living with Lucy because I promised her I would go to Listat's concert so I'm staying with her for a while. i looked in the fridge but found nothing so I just grabbed a soda. I sighed as I opened it and took a long drink then looked down at the counter thinking of the words he spoke in his songs but none of it made sense. 'Geez how old is this guy?' I thought as I sighed then grabbed my soda and walked into the living room and sat down on the couch and turned on the TV and saw one of his music videos on. System to be exact.

        I looked at his face and saw some kind of...pleasure and lust in his face.

        "Why won't you die....we'll be fine....you'r blood in mine.....then your body will be mine..." he sang. I leaned forward and looked at his face and was compleatly confused 'is he talking about the one who gave the cures or gift?' I thougt as I looked at his face then jumped as the front door slammed open and Lucy walked in.

        I sighed trying to calm myself as I looked at the floor "sorry Em did I scare you?" she asked laughing "no....you scared the shit out of me!" i sighed then shut the TV off and leaned back on the couch not looking at her. I heard her laugh then silence "hey I'm sorry Em I didn't know it was that bad" she said. I sighed and turned and looked at her worried face to me "it's fine....I'm still jumpy" I explained and she nodded understanding me.

        A moment of silence then filled the room and then she closed the door and sighed "hey not to ruin your summer but one of ther perfesssers was looking for you" she said as she set down some of the food on the kitchen counter and started to put them away. I looked at her confused then got up and walked over and started to help her put the things away "did he say what for?" I asked confused. She then stopped and thought about it for a moment "yeah...all he siad was that he wanted you to see something...a book I think" she explained shrugging and turned away to put something into the fridge.

        I sighed and looked down then handed her the things to put away "when did he want to see me?" I asked her curious on what he wanted "ummm....he was hoping today but I said I don't know and if you do want to he said to meet him in his office at the collage" she siad and I nodded "and who is it?" i asked confused "umm...Mr.Talbot?" she said looking at me then closed the fridge and put away the last things.
