Chapter 16: Finding Myself Again

*Hey guys another part for all of you lovely people who love it so much but I'm warning you all right now that were are getting closer to the end of the story. But this is a Halloween special so Happy Halloween and vote, and comment, and most of all enjoy*

        I woke up and found myself somewhere else. I paniced as I also found myself in different clothes and was laid in a bed in the middle of a huge and yet amazing bed room. I sighed and looked around as I sat up.

        "Wh-where am I?" I said out loud and then stood up and froze realizing where I was.

Lestat's Diary: Date Unknown

        The room was bright with the candle light and made the room glow. The room glowed almost a gold light as if the room was made of gold. While the chairs, desks, and curtins seemed old and heavy like stone while the cobble stone floor was frozen from the cold outside.

I stood up and looked around the room seeing it was exactly what I read from Lestat's journal. I sighed and got up and walked over to the desk seeing it was just covered in old papers with a fountain pen like writing on it.

I picked one up and it had no date but I managed to read somethings on it.

It's been at least a century since the queen was awaken. I was forced to leave Lestat to his own world in the dark. I will not lie. He was so vary young and ignorant to leave so soon...but he brought this on himself.

I set the paper down and sighed "Marius wrote this..." I said to myself then looked around.

"Princess?" A voice called

I jumped and spun around to see Marius standing there looking at me confused.

I sighed and looked at him "I-I was just-"

"No need to explain....I have no problem with it" he said shaking his head lightly and looked down.

We stood there for a moment vary strange and then he looked at me "I know u are vary confused....but I assure you, you are in a safe place where the Qween can not hurt you" he explained them walked over "you must be vary confused with what to do now with....being what you are now" he said

I nodded and he nodded back "come" he said and I walked with him as he explained with how I was supposed to live.

Never take the last drop,

Make sure I'm hidden or at least my feeding,

Make sure to stay out of the sun,

And many other things but I just caught the most important things.

We walked for about an hour then he looked up from the ground and smiled lightly "here's your first" he said and I looked up to see a man just walking.

I froze then suddenly felt hungry like I haven't eaten in a year.

I looked at him confused "so what I just....go up and bite him?" I asked

He nodded simply then looked down at me "if u can sneak up on him yes....if not?...use that charm of yours" he said and smirked at me" I sighed then walked away and toward the human.

I managed to sneak up on him but froze when I was about to attack him.

'What am I doing?...I used to be human' I thought worried then the man turned around and jumped

"I'm sorry I didn't see u there...are you okay?" He asked and my hunger came back.

I just stared at him then he froze and jumped back "what the hell?" He whispered scared.

I looked at him confused then before I could react he turned and ran away. I sighed then in a second Marius was in front of him and grabbed him.

I froze then before I knew it I was right next to them and I grabbed the man and bit down on his neck.

I drank and drank filling my hunger and taking his life into me for myself. I filled my mouth with the sweet blood of his and let it fill my mouth then slip down my throat feeding my hunger little by little.

        I then felt a light tug on my arm but I couldn't stop drinking then suddenly I was ripped away and I let go of the body and sighed as I just watched it fall dead onto the ground.

        I took a deep breath and held it as I then whipped my mouth of the blood and looked at the blood that stained my hand. I froze taking in the thought that I just killed a man.

        'What have I done?' I thought then felt a hand go on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Marius staring at me.

        "It had to be done" he said and I sighed and looked at the body again

        "it's not a problem for us....we do it to survive..." he said and I looked at him "you understand?" he said calmly and looked at me worried.

        I nodded lightly and looked at the body one last time "we do it to survive....while Akasha does it for fun" he said and I looked at him letting the pain and worry slip away.

         "we have to end her rulling....are you with us Emily?" he asked hopeful

        "I'm with you"

        *Hey guys so I hope you like this part and there may be one last part for the story and that will be the end but you will love it I promise. Also I am vary sorry that I haven't been updating in a while I've been having some internet problems. Anyways I hope you liked it and like always vote comment, and most of all...Happy Halloween!!
