The previous chapter was an entry for a graphic comp that calls for an utopia themed cover. The alternate prompt of this dystopia, which is what this cover displays. My idea of this is to use light colors (white/grays/light reds) to portray a dark cover.
Whereas last chapter showed a cover with hope and evolution, this cover shows an evil guy (the shady silhouette guy on the bottom left) who decides to rid this world to hell because y'know, humans are crap. He watches the destruction of the world, which is symbolized by the subtle fires on the bottom. Yeah, I know HUGE contrast to "Tree of Life."
So what do you guys think? Does this cover remind you of a dystopia? I hope so, but I'm pretty sure I completely fucked this theme up.
