"Ahh my bitch here." I said as Marissa walked into the house.
"Damn girl you just done glo'd up haven't you?" She said looking around the house.
"Yeah that check that Psalm gets every month helps out with everything." I said.
We both walked back into the living room to see Psalm playing with her toys.
"Psalm look who's here?" Liv picked her up.
"Auntie!" She yelled and reached for me.
I grabbed her. "Oh you just done grew up on me." Marissa said.
"Yep. Wanna she my doll?" Psalm asked her.
"Sure."
I watched Marissa sit Psalm down on the floor. My baby was getting taller by the minute soon she'll be going to prom and getting married.
"So Liv where do you work now?"
"I work at this lil' diner just to keep money in my pocket that's it. Psalm goes to daycare but on Friday thru Sunday I don't have to work." I said.
"That's good bestie so have you talked to India?" She asked.
"Yeah she just left to go see my brother in Paris." I said.
"That's good who did Psalm's goddess braids?"
"I did girl it took time but I did it." I said.
"I might need you to hook me up." She said before getting a text on her phone. "This is Jinaye telling me to go get that pie from Lucas Mama's house girl I really don't want to go ova' here but I guess." She rolled her eyes texting Jinaye back.
"Alright I'll see you later then." I said giving her a hug.
"Alright bye Psalm."
"Bye Marissa." She cooed.

"Dear Lord I ask you before I get out of this car and knock on that door block all of the demons specifically Amber out of my way I come in here for a pie and that's it." I said before cutting the car off and getting out.
I walked up to the house and knocked on the door.
"Marissa!" I heard Lily behind the door in a matter of seconds the door opened revealing her.
She hugged me. "I missed you we have so much to talk about plus I got new Barbies."
"For real girl?"
"Yes girl." She snapped her fingers.
I picked her up and closed the door. Walking through the foyer I saw more pictures of Lily than it was before.
"Mama!" I yelled.
"In the kitchen Marissa."
I walked into the kitchen only to see Lucas and Amber sitting on his lap.
"Marissa it's so nice to see you again." Ms.Collins said hugging me.
"Same." I said hugging her back.
Lily got down off of me.
"Get off my brother." She said to Amber.
Amber looked at Lucas but he was to engrossed in his phone.
