Harper's POV

"You're a natural!" Jedi said as he spun me around. "Why thank you!" I said laughing. He suddenly dipped me and I gasped. "This reminds me of the first time we met." He said smirking. I went limp from laughing which made him fall on the ground next to me. We stayed there for awhile until jet came in and called us for dinner.

"So Harper, are you originally from Tennessee?" Brenda asked sitting down to eat. "No, actually I'm from Minnesota, me and my mom moved here because she wanted a fresh start." "Oh cool! We love performing in Minnesota. Talk about major weather moods swings." Jenny said laughing. "Oh, I don't really remember much. We moved when I was a baby." "Was it right after, ya know?" Jedi asked. I nodded my head while looking down. "After what?" Julie asked. Jedi looked at me. "Do you feel comfortable telling them?" I nodded a little. I told them the whole story and by the time I was done, everyone was quiet until Jedi took my hand and said, "Well, everything is alright now." I smiled a little. "Thanks Jedi."

I looked at the clock and it was 8:15, geez, times flies when I'm with Jedi. "Well, I have to leave but, thank you all for having me over I really had a great time." I stood up and gave everyone a hug. "Momma, I'm going to walk Harper to the car."

We walked down the drive way to my car. "Thanks for teaching me to dance!" I said as we both laughed. "Harper," he said grabbing my hands, "If you didn't know, these past couple of months have been really hard for my family, but in these past two days you've made me so happy, and what I'm getting at is, I really like you, and I wanna know if you'd like to go on a date with me?" I was speechless. "I uhh um," "I get if you don't want to it's fine." He said looking at the ground. "No! Jedi, I would love to go on a date with you!" I said smiling. He wrapped his big arms around me and we just stayed like that for awhile. It just seemed right. "Jedi, I have to go now, my mom is expecting me to be home soon." He sighed, "Alright, I'll text you tomorrow." "Okay, see ya." I got in my car and I immediately regretted not turning off my radio. The Willis clan started blasting through the speakers. Oh gosh, I'm so embarrassed. I turned it off quick and looked up at Jedi to see him laughing. "Wait, you like the Willis clan?" "Yeah, except for the bass player, he's super annoying!" He stopped laughing and gave me a death glare which caused me to laugh. "Alright, I really have to go now!" I said backing out of the drive way. "Alright, bye Harper!" He said as I left. This has been such a good day!
