Prologue

Gracefully moving across the slick hardwood floors, their feet moved in sync, twirling around in rhythmic circles. Her white chiffon dress swept the floor as her matching heels clicked around, letting him guide her through the dance. His shiny black shoes effortlessly flew around the room. Surrounded by people, they were alone. In their own world, blind to the bustle around them. All they heard was the music, telling them which way to move. Her eyelashes flitted down to the ground as she slyly smiled. He saw her face and lifted her chin with his finger, and her eyes were led to his. He smiled with his pearly whites shining at her, bringing out and displaying his happiness and connecting their love for each other. Her soft blond hair was pulled up, a couple wisps framing her soft face. Her crystal blue eyes were two pools of innocence; pure serenity. His face was well defined, and his hazel eyes burned like embers left over in a fire that's been put out seconds before. She rested her head on his shoulder and whispered "I love you." He replied almost silently, "I know."
