Finally, the last class of the day, geometry, was over. I thought it would have never ended. Honestly, the teacher thinks after a 4 day weekend I can remember how to do proofs? That's funny.

My mom picked me up though so I didn't have to walk or ride the bus with scumbags. Once I got into the car I asked her so many questions in the span of 30 seconds.

"Did you talk to Warveen's parents?"
"Am I going to South Korea?"
"Am I finally going to be about to meet my future husband?" That one kind of just slipped out.
"First of all, you are crazy, and second of all, I have good news," My mom said back at me.
I sat on the edge of the front seat waiting for what the good news was.
"I talked to her parents-"
"AND?!" I screamed cutting her off.
She gave me a dirty look and said "Have fun in South Korea. You and Warveen leave tomorrow."
"OH MY GOD ARE YOU SERIOUSLY HOLY SHIT OH MY GOD!" I yelled almost hyperventilating while hugging my mom as she was driving almost making us crash. "I HAVE TO CALL WARVEEN!" I didn't even wait until we got home, I facetimed her in the car.
"WARVEEN WARVEEN WARVEEN," I yelled in her face as soon has she answered. She was just laughing.
"I know I know. My parents told me. I just got home, the bus ride was fast today," She said while laughing.
"I'm actually crying. Do you see these tears?" I said while putting the camera up to my non-existent tear.

We finished our conversation as soon as my mom pulled up into our driveway. And of course as soon as I put my phone in my back pocket, it buzzed with the text message ring. I took it back out while groaning and looked at the screen. A number that wasn't in my phone appeared on the screen.

"Is this Arianna?" The text read.
I decided to respond to this random number.
"Yes who is this?" I texted back.
I waited a few minutes waiting for a reply when I decided to just go to my room and do my homework since it didn't look like I was getting a reply back soon. I had geometry, health, and biology homework, so this was going to take a while.

At the end of my health homework my phone buzzed again. I checked it and it was another text from the number.

"It's Dylan from global." Of course! I should have known it was him.
"Oh hey! I should have known it was you," I texted back as a reply.

I continued with my homework with a break for an occasional text from Dylan. Turns out he is actually really funny and sweet. We are going on a date tomrrow after school.
Wait.
Tomorrow after school?
"Crap!" I yelled out loud in frustration. I leave tomorrow for South Korea. Of course, when I finally get asked on a date by the boy I like, I have to turn it down.

I texted him back saying that I couldn't because I forgot I was going out of town tomorrow. I just left out the part where it was going to be a month. I left that part out to most of my friends.
"Look on the bright side," I thought to myself. "You will be able to meet Johnny and you have been wanting to do that for a very long time."
