"What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that's gone forever, impossible to reproduce.

Dear fellow members,
Unfortunately, there has been an issue that occurred to the Photography club. There is way to many people who have signed up to join this extracurricular. Therefore, this situation must be solved. Sadly, to join this club, I am officially requiring each and every person who signed up to send me three photos that they took by themselves.
In total there is only twenty spots available for the Photography club. There are over forty people who have signed up. I am very sad to inform you that over twenty people will not be allowed to join amongst us.
My only requirements are:
- No photos including discrimination against some sorts
- Do not send me over three photos, I will only be accepting three photos from each
-DO NOT find an image that was previously on the Internet, ( I will be searching)
-The three categories I want the pictures to be of is a landscape photo, a pop culture photo, and a photo of yourself regarding some type of happy eventPlease send me the photos by today at 12:00 PM, or else you will lose your chance in participating. I will be posting the results on the back of the door of my classroom.
The first meeting will be from after school, to 5:00.
Thank you to every person who signed up to be in this club.
Regards,
Dania Colfer
Sighing, I shut my computer as I read the email that Mrs. Colfer had just sent us. It had been one and a half days now since I had signed my name to join the Photography club. One and a half day where Freya, who may had been my only friend at the time did not attend school. She said that she was busy packing her things to her new house. I guessed that explained things, but I couldn't shrug off the feeling that she was ignoring me.
I knew that it was only a matter of days before she found out about my secret. Only a matter of days until she would break off our friendship and make it seem as if nothing ever happened. As if we were never friends.
I honestly wanted to enjoy these couple of days together. Time was something that I didn't have, and I wanted to make the fullest of it. Maybe we could go shopping together or watch a movie, something like that.
Whatever. I was getting out of this place by June, and by then, I would have a fresh start, where no one from Goldwaves High recognized me.
I looked at the old grandpa clock in my room. It was already six-thirty, which meant I still had plenty of time to find and submit my three photos for the Photography club. Leaping off my cozy bed, I rummaged through my messy books, attempting to find my box where my best photos were contained.
"Aha! Found it!" I grunted, as I pulled it out from many layers of books in my bookshelf. Opening the worn- out box, I lightly fingered the glossy sheets that I had printed out, then to my most treasured USB. Gently removing it from the box, I approached my laptop and plugged it in. Immediately, there was over hundreds of photos that I took on the screen, all labelled in different categories.
First, I looked at the landscape photos that I took. My best ones was up to three ones: one that I took when I was in France, one when I was Japan, and one when I was in China. Looking at all of them, I decided after a while of pondering that the one I took in Japan was probably my best one. It had numerous cherry blossoms in the picture, and was on a bridge when I took it, so there was a reflection of the beautiful trees in the crystal clear river as well. The crowds of people from all over the world just added a little bit of pop culture made this picture one of my favorites.
