Loki climbed the tree that Lokia had slept in to wake her up but when he finally got up there she was gone.

“I knew I couldn’t trust her.” He growled under his breath.

He ran through the forest and found her in the clearing they had practiced in yesterday.

“I thought I told you not to wander off.” Loki yelled at her as he started to turn into a frost giant.

“Well I wanted to practice some more.” Lokia replied not turning around.

Loki walked up behind her and turned her so she was facing him. At first she looked surprised to see him as a frost giant but then he got confused.

“Doesn’t this give you frost bite?” Loki asked confused.

“No, it feels fine. Why, should it hurt?” she replied.

“Yes, it should be burning your skin because it’s so cold.” Loki said letting her go. “Wait, your turning blue.”

“What, why, is that bad?” Lokia asked starting to worry.

“No it means you have a power I didn’t realize I gave you.” Loki said as her skin turned back to its normal color. “Your part frost giant so they can’t hurt you.”

In the distance they saw the Bifrost beam someone down to the planet.

“They found us, are you going to fight with them or me.” Loki demanded turning to Lokia.

“You besides I don’t think I’d have much of a choice.” Lokia replied dryly.

“Good, but just incase they capture you I’m going to make it look like your under my control. If they snap you out of it then act like you’re on their side until they’re lured into a false sense of security.” Loki said as he put her under his control.

The Avengers ran into the clearing and saw Loki standing beside another girl that was about Kate’s age. Loki smirked at them as they got closer.

“Lokia, are you okay?” Kate screamed.

“Loki gives us back the girl.” Steve ordered.

“And why should I listen to you? You’re a man out of time, all you are is a fossil that’s been brought back to life.” Loki sneered.

“Brother stop this and give us back Kait’s friend.” Thor pleaded.

“I’m not your brother.” Loki snapped at him. “And if you want your friend back then you’ll have to go through me.”

“Fine with me Reindeer Games.” Tony shrugged in his suit.

Loki and the Avengers charged at each other while Kate ran to her friend.

“Lokia come on we need to leave while they distract him.” Kate urged her.

Lokia just smiled evilly and hit Kate in the side of the head with her scepter. Kate went flying a few feet before standing up and drawing her sword, she flew at Lokia and tried to slice the sword across Lokia’s arm. Lokia blocked and sent a jolt of electricity through Kate’s body, Kate used her speed to run around her friend and confuse her. Lokia looked around trying to find where Kate was but felt cold steel cut into her arm, she turned into the direction that the attack had come from but still couldn’t find her. Kate went in for a second strike but her blade went right through the hologram, she turned and saw Lokia a few feet away laughing. Lokia sent a spear made of ice at her then after Kate dodged surrounded her with flames.
