"How about some whiskey" I said. "I'll have what she's having" a man said. He sounded familiar. Like he was right next to me. "AH!" I yelled. Scaring myself and the bartender. "Surprised to see me?" He said. I knew exactly who he was at this point. "A little bit" I said. Still giggling from my yell. "I can only be here for a little bit so let's make it last" he said. "How's life?" He asked. "Work as usual, How about you?" I replied. "Busy being dead thank you very much" he replied back. "No need to be sarcastic about it." I said. "It is sad that you aren't here with me". "Well aren't I right now?" He said. I laughed "I guess so". "I just wish we had a little more time together" I said, tears now starting to well up. "We could've taken walks on the beach, had barbeque, travelled the world. We could've been friends" I finished. "I just wish you could be here a little longer". I wrapped my arms around him tight. "I'm going to miss you" I said crying. "I'm going to miss you too" he replied. And just like that. He disappeared.
