Chapter 9- Police

After maybe 5 minutes Louis let me go. I immediately turned around. Louis eyes were wide. Zayn was pressed against a cop car. Quickly running over Zayn looked at me. His hair was all messy he had a scratch on his chest.

"Let him go! he didn't do anything wrong" I shouted shoving the cop back. "Emma stop" I heard Niall shout as he held me back. "No! they can't take Zayn" I screamed. "Babe, I'm not going anywhere. Please, calm down" Zayn spoke softly. "I- you can't take him" I spoke normal. "We aren't going to. We just need to ask questions" the officer spoke. I nodded.

"How did all this start?" he asked. "He shoved her into the fucking bathroom grabbed her bum and breast" Zayn snapped.

The officer immediately wrote it down. "Is that true?" he asked me. I nodded. "Name?" he asked. "E-Emma Lander" I murmured.

He nodded writing it down. Another officer came and un cuffed Zayn handing him a paper. "This is a court appointment in a week. Be there" he spoke sternly Zayn nodded immediately walking to my side wrapping his arm around my waist.

"Very well then, we must get going" they spoke. We nodded. As soon as they left Zayn pulled me into his chest as I once again cried into his chest. "You're a fucking idiot" I whimpered. He chuckled and kissed my lips lightly.

"Don't worry baby, my moms a judge" he smirked. "Really?" I asked he nodded.

The others were all explaining to El what had happened since she was confused. "I-I wanna go back to your dorm" I whispered he nodded.

"Where's Liam?" I asked. "He's in the bathroom changing. He got a bloody nose also" he spoke. "Are you okay?" I asked."I only got a couple scratches" he spoke. "Lets go" Zayn spoke. "You alright mate?" Louis asked Zayn nodded.

Zayns P.O.V

Pulling Louis back I patted his back. "She didn't see anything right?" I asked he shook his head. "She was crying into my chest though" he spoke. I nodded. "Thanks though". He nodded.

Walking back to the car I sat Emma on my lap intertwining our fingers.

Lookin down to Emma I smiled. She fell asleep. Picking Emma up bridal style I walked up to my dorm earning stares from people as she cuddled into my chest. I smiled kissing her forehead. I thanked Niall as he opened the door letting us in. Laying Emma down on my bed I set her bag on my dresser.

Niall plopped down on Louis bed. Louis went on a date with El so he wasn't here right now. I walked to the bathroom taking my shirt and jeans off changing into some sweats. Grabbing the t-shirt I walked over to Emma taking off her shirt making sure Niall wasn't looking.

Replacing the tank top with my shirt I smiled and unbuckled her shorts slipping them off her legs planting small kisses down her smooth legs. She had definitely gotten tanner and she looked even more beautiful.

Laying down next to her I pulled her closer to me giving her cheek a light peck.

"So why'd you do it?" Niall asked. I looked up at him. "He used her" I murmured lightly caressing Emma's cheek. "He used Emma?" his eyes widened. I nodded. "H-How?" he asked I sighed.

"2 years ago he took her virginity, they recorded it, it passed on to her family and they gave up on her and let her go" I murmured. "Oh, damn" he muttered. I nodded. "You fucked him up pretty bad" he spoke I chuckled nodding.

Hearing Emma stirring in her sleep she clutched on to my chest I cursed as her nails dug into my chest. Niall left about 15 minutes ago. "Stop!"she screamed. She immediately jolted up. Her eyes watery. "Zayn" she whimpered. "Tell me baby, I'm right here" I sat her on my lap as she laid her head on my chest.

"Don't leave me" she whimpered.

"Never"
