(clumsy clumsy sirius)
(also I got the inspiration from another book this idea is not mine ok)
Sirius decided to take a walk down to the black lake to clear his thoughts. He was deciding whether or not to do his school work, of course the answer would be no, but he just wanted an excuse to look at the lake. Sirius rounded the corner where the trees were covering part of the lake he usually sat alone at. Although this time, he wasn't alone.
He saw Remus sitting at the edge of the dock, reading a book and absentmindedly sloshing around in the water with his feet. Sirius tried to be as obvious as possible, as Remus doesn't like being startled much.
"Hey Sirius." Remus greeted before even turning around. He forgot that two nights ago was a full moon and his senses were still somewhat heightened and he could probably hear him coming down the hill and around the corner.
"Hey, mind if I sit too?" he asked. He highly doubted Remus to refuse his request, so did it anyway, not caring as they were dating for almost a month now. He grabbed Remus's hand and laced it with his own, admiring the sandy brunettes long, nimble fingers. Remus laid his book down next to him and pushed Sirius's torso back until they were both laying on the patch of grass. "Look at all the clouds, it's so gray, but at least it isn't raining." Remus said, his voice just above a whisper. He moved closer to Sirius, grabbing his arm and lightly tugging it over his shoulders, still feeling quite sore from this month's transformation. He had longed to get Sirius alone, to do just this; watch the clouds and feel each others presence, with their legs tangled together and hands inseparable.
They were so comfortable in each others embrace that they both dozed off, several times. Remus woke up by the slight buzz of his watch, signaling it almost being dinner time. He woke Sirius up with a few taps to his shoulder, gathered his stuff from the grass, and that's when Sirius stumbled a bit. Being so close to the edge of the lake he accidentally fell in. He tried to grab Remus to prevent the fall, but he ended up falling in too. "Ugh, yuck! I hate the feeling of wet grass," Remus stated with obvious disgust. Sirius apologized and both stood in silence for a few moments, until they both started laughing. They got out of the lake and dried themselves off with a charm. Sirius grabbing Remus's hand once more and locking their fingers together nodded towards the castle and they set off, their hungry stomachs leading the way.
