Worth it. I sighed and put the car in park. I headed up to the door. I'm not sure what ima say to her but all I know is she is the one.
Kat's POV
I walked into the house excepting the worst. I shut the door and locked it behind me. I took a deep breath and dropped my keys on the table and grabbed a class of water. I stood there just thinking about whether I should tell her or not. I mean what could it hurt. The worst she can say is that she doesn't want to be with me. I finished my glass of water and unbuttoned my shirt and threw it in the dirty clothes. I took off my pants and did the same action. I laid down on the bed and just looked up to the ceiling. Obviously Imani wasn't here yet. I turned over and caught a little nap before she came home.
I couldn't rest I kept tossing and turning because I felt soft hairs upon my skin. These soft hands felt like a bunch of feathers brushing across my face. I forced my eyes open to see Imani standing there. "Hey what time is it?" I asked her. She looked at her phone and rolled her eyes. "It's damn near 7 o'clock. How long were you out for?" She asked. Well to be honest I fell asleep around 1 but it's whatever. I sat up and rubbed my eyes and took a deep breath. "What's wrong baby?" Imani asked me. I grabbed her hands and looked her in her eyes. I mean I really wanna tell her how I feel but what if she rejects me. I don't have time to be getting played. "Nothing are you hungry?" I asked her as i got up from the bed and headed to the kitchen. I opened the refrigerator and took out the salad stuff and things to make steak. I laid the steak packet on the counter and prepared everything to grill it. "So you wanna go to the mall tomorrow and shop?" She asked me. I nodded my head while I was seasoning this big fat juicy steak. I placed it on the grill and allowed it to cook. "Kat" She said to me. I grabbed two bowls from the cabinet. "Kat" She called my name again. I ignored her. I poured salad into the bowls and closed it back up. She took the salad out of my hand and looked me in my eyes. "I want to be with you forever. " Imani said while holding on to my neck. I smiled and kissed her lips. "You know i wanna be with you too sweetheart."
