The People of Outlanders

Chapter 1: People

 There I was, wondering to the sky looking around everywhere, how pretty the night sky is. Filled with stars, planets have never been explored before. My name is Mequilla Soors, I'm 14 years old in the planet called Serenity, and I called out "What a beautiful sky!" With a loud voice soaring to the vast open space. Still, I wonder, though, what's out there?

Still what is out there, what is life? For exact my people have never known. We have never traveled beyond our planet. That is the question asked every day by our people. Though, Who is our creator? Also, how did we get here? If you're wondering how we look like, well you're in luck I'm about to tell you. Most of us have blackish-brownish eyes, and among us, there are some, um how do I say this, well some of us is gifted to have Marine-Turquoise eyes. Which means, the gifted nature of calm and beauty. For lilac-allium colors mixed together, people with those eye colors have a passion for nature. We have never seen other people with other colors. To be exact most of us have long silk black hair, and long feet and necks.

Today was a special day, why you ask? Today we mark the celebration of the Special day which where our first people started to exist! That's for our belief I'm not too sure but, that is always how our people has been. Well, this has been our belief because every year a lunar cosmic comes and swings away to the skies of Serenity. What's a Lunar cosmic? Well, it's a change of weather when everything even blue, grayish skies turn purple, blue and green. It's basically like um, a galaxy swinging away. It is pretty, It was my favorite thing ever! That's why because of its a special day of the year!

In the next hours, we were celebrating the festivals with sky poppers. Then eating mētakįæ, well it's basically shredded meat and topped with some Jurië-jurië sauce. It tasted heavenly!

One time my mom taught me how to make mētakiæ. Honestly the hardest dish ever. Then when I finished "Hey Mom I finished the dish! Here you taste this." Then mom said, "Alright dear, pass it on." When I was about to walk there to the other side of the room, Well I was tripping and falling, E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E. Which since mētakįæ is some quite messy food? Which indeed delightfully spilled everywhere, IM NOT EVEN KIDDING! I was kinda sad, because I spent the whole day making it, which is kinda my fault and also disappointed with myself, to be honest. Which I can't blame at all because it was bound to happen. 

Back to the event. I was so hyped for this day! I loved the COSMIC EVER SINCE! Although it makes huge shocking bickering sounds, why do I call it bickering? because it sounds like war around us. But in the end, it sounds heavenly which is good for the children that is showing too much exaggeration. Which every child does hahaha.

In the next day, I was about to go to the waters celebrating but then, I received signs and callings off by the coast, what was that? Whispering to myself, under my mouth. I was about to run there but then Papa called me "Mequilla, Stop THIS INSTANT! We don't know what it is! Stop and stay!", "But, Papa no please, pap...." I replied, "No go BACK INTO THE HOUSE!" and of course, he cut my sentences off. Even though that happened I insist. I hid for a couple of minutes until he was gone to his duty, since he his a Chief.

But, unnoticeably Mom doesn't see it, I'm safe and I just ran off to the coast to see and visit the sounds.
