From 1.01 "Pilot", night in the woods, over the fog-covered forest floor.

Tory: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (The Vampire Diaries)"

From 8.02 "Today Will Be Different", in the hotel pool, Sybil was swimming.

Sybil: (voice over from 8.03 You Decided That I Was Worth Saving) "I'm Sybil."

Sybil started to drown the businessman.

Kacie: (voice over from 8.02 Today Will Be Different) "We are talking about a living, breathing Siren, right?"  

From 8.02 "Today Will Be Different", on campus, Liv, Eliza, Tory and Nicola were sitting on two benches facing each other.

"Sybil made it easier on you by taking that urge to kill us all away," Liv told her.

From 8.02 "Today Will Be Different", in Sarah's dorm room, Sarah was bleeding out on the floor, gasping.

Nicola was kneeling next to her, unable to move.

Stefan, Damon, Kaylin, Alex and Cristian were standing, also unable to move.

Liv was horrified but couldn't move because Sybil being so deep in her head.

Nicola had to watch Sarah die in front of her, sobbing brokenly.

Sybil: (voice over from 8.02 Today Will Be Different) "I just killed Nicola's last connection to her humanity."

Sybil knelt in front of Nicola, putting her hands on her head, forcing her way into her mind, making her groan in pain as she tried to resist. "Turn it off."

From 8.03 "You Decided That I Was Worth Saving", in the boiler room, Stefan, Damon, Kaylin, Alex, Kacie, Caroline, Cristian, Luke, Nicola, Eliza, Liv and Tory were here with Sybil.

"Turn it off, pledge your loyalty to me, an then we can all go home happy," Sybil told them.

Liv walked toward Cristian desperately, tears in her eyes. "Cris, if anyone can bring me back, it's you, and Alex."

Liv and Tory turned it off, opening their eyes, looking at them expressionlessly, letting go of Cristian and Luke, who both looked devastated but knowing that they didn't have a choice.

From 8.02 "Today Will Be Different", in the Armory, Bonnie, Enzo, Lindsey and Ryan were talking.

Ryan picked up the tuning fork."It was delivered with the vault inhabitant." He showed them the same cuneiform symbol on the tuning fork. "I think it was made in Hell."

From 8.03 "You Decided That I Was Worth Saving", in the Forbes House, Alaric held Lizzie and Josie close to comfort them, while Enzo and Ryan held Bonnie and Lindsey in confusion and concern while the girls recovered from their pain.

"It's a tuning fork," Enzo told them.

"If you girls could hear it, too..." Alaric trailed off.

"It means that Tory will, too," Lindsey finished.

From 8.03 "You Decided That I Was Worth Saving", outside the high school, everyone was outside, Alaric held up the tuning fork, tapping it against his car, making a ringing sound pierce out through the air.
