Chapter 18

It has been six months ever since Ash had gone missing.

Calem has returned to school.

The police has stopped looking for Ash,they have considered him dead.

The trio were walking through the school halls heading for the exit,since school had finished.

"What's wrong Serena?"the blue haired girl asked.

"No it's just I..I...never got to say sorry"the girl sighed.

"Serena,we said we wouldn't talk about this"the boy suddenly interrupted.

The girl then started to sob"No,it's just,I feel like it's all my fault"she sobbed again.

"Come on,lets talk about this later"the girl tried to wipe her tears.

Serena then spots Calem.

"Guys do you remember seeing Calem anywhere after Ash disappeared?"

"Nope"while the boy scratched his head.

"No"Dawn then faced Serena as if she was on to her.

"Alright then,Gary try to keep up"Serena then double knots her shoes.

She then wipes her tears and yells"Hey Calem,can I talk to you for a second"

The boy looks behind him and then starts into a panicked run.

Serena then breaks into a run without hesitation.

The two friends then run after Serena.

"Hey Calem,Get back here"the girl had ditched her bag for Dawn and Gary to carry and was now chasing Calem at full speed.

The chase went on until Calem left the school grounds and took out a pokeball.

"Come on out Braviary"he threw the pokeball and out came braviary,he climbed on and flew up.

Serena then stopped at where Calem had been,she cursed under her breath.

Just then a dearie suddenly appeared next to her and then Gary jumped on its back,and off he flew.

Dawn and Serena could only watch from below but they could tell there was an aerial battle going on from how the Pokémon glowed.

Suddenly both birds grew stupendously bright and charged at each other. They clashed and created a huge explosion.

The two birds then started plummeting towards the earth.

Gary jumped off and returned his Pokémon. He had somehow manage to change into a flying suit during the battle with Calem.

Calem however didn't have one and returned his Pokémon while plummeting aimlessly.

Gary then reluctantly saved him when he realized that he was gonna become a pancake.

The two glided down and then crashed into a tree and fell down to the ground.

"Took you long enough"as the blue haired girl helped Gary up.

"Hey it isn't easy flying with an extra hundred or so pounds weighing you down you now"rubbing his butt which was showing because when he fell his but rubbed against the tree which burned the suit.

"GARY,your butt,man don't you people know the meaning of underwear!"as Serena shielded her bleeding eyes from the majestic roundness of his butt.

"Wow,it's so round and fat and muscly,mmmmm"as she started drooling.

"Yeah,it nice ain't it"he then started flexing his butt.

"GARY!"as she started randomly punching trying to find Gary.

"Alright,alright,just don't start the interrogation without me"he then went behind a tree with his backpack.

After Gary had returned changed Calem finally woke up.

"Huh....wh..what happened?"he then opens his eyes and scurries back and hits his back on a tree.

"What do you want?"scrambling to his feet.

"What did you do with him"her voice was gravely dangerous.

"Woah,Calm down girl"as she put a hand on Serena's shoulder.

Then Gary steps in"where's Ash"his voice was controlled and calm.

Calem then looked down,then at his hands.

"I'm sorry,I'm so,so sorry"as he begins to cry.

Serena then breaks out of Dawn's grip"what did you do to him!"as she picks him up me slams him to the tree.

"Serena,relax!"as Gary tries to pull her away.

Calem keeps murmuring"I'm sorry,I'm so,so sorry"

Gary manages to pick Serena up and takes her away.

Calem then slumps to the ground still murmuring to himself.

Dawn then walks up to him.

"Where's Ash?"he then puts a hand on Calems shoulder"we won't report you,just tell us where he is,please!"as she pleaded Calem suddenly boomed.

"I didn't do anything ok!"he then started sobbing.

"Why am I always mixed up in this?"getting up and staring at Serena who was glaring at him.

Serena scoffed at the question "Uh,number one you were absent ever since Ash disappeared,Number two you keep avoiding me and number three,you ran away from us just now"she then concluded this by giving him the death stare.

"I don't know where he is"as he tried to avoid her look.

Gary had lost his cool and was now turning hostile"oh just cut right to it,where is he".

He sighed"I promised him I'd never tell anyone especially you"he then looked at Serena.

"Tell is what?"the blue haired girl asked.

His eyes suddenly filled with sadness"That day,after the contest I was walking home,when he pulled me into an alley,I thought he was going to beat me up for cheating with you but instead,he blamed it on his self and threw me aside and started beating himself up"the boy then started sobbing.

"Then he took out his Pokémon and flew off,not before apologizing and telling me that I don't need to worry because he said we'd never see him again"he then let out a sob.

Serena basically fell to her knees"don't tell me,he..he killed himself?"

Calem was the one who responded"I don't know,but it's a possibility"

"Don't say that,he'd never do that" he said as he got up.

"Yeah but what if he did"The blue haired girl said who was also on her knees.

"Shut up"she yelled as she got up"he'd never do that,he can't have"as she sobbed on Gary's shoulder.

Gary then looked her in the eye"he'd never do that,now lets go home and forget about this"

He then grabbed Dawns hand and led the two back home.

Yeah I know the ending was lame sorry bout that but I was getting sleepy and wanted to update as soon as possible.

So is he dead,well maybe.

Even I don't know😅,well you just hope that I don't get sleepy while I write and write some weird junk.
