An Overwatch Character... cause I was bored

Background/Bio: Shawn was always fascinated by blood. The things you could learn from blood specifically. With one drop you could learn their entire background, and their weaknesses. But with their blood, you can learn how to help them survive. With his love of blood and science throughout the years as a Freelancer Doctor, he has learned how to change his own blood into a adaptable healing source through blood transfusion making it the equvilent of stem cells. A side effect making his eyes bloodshot red and his skin pale, and a craving for blood (Though he does not drink it) This also gave him increased strength and speed which gave him the nickname "Alucard:. His new found ability gained the attention of Angela Ziegler who was the one who suggested him joining Overwatch. With the help of Torbjorn and Angela they made the fangs two desert eagles powerful enough to put most people out of business and a great source of medium range heals with a portable transfusion device in the ammunition. Angela after learning the true side effect of the transfusion, limits the amount of time his is out on the field wanted to keep his bloodlust in check.

Ability 1: (Left shift) D.N. Agility: Alucard sacrifices his blood to double his speed. (Cooldown 10 seconds)

Ability 2:(E) Vampiric Rounds: Alucard loads his guns with enhanced bullets (Causing reload animation) to increase the lifesteal effect to 20 HP. Reloads causes the ability to end (Cooldown 12 seconds starts after all 14 rounds are shot OR reloaded)

Passive: Transfusion Rounds (Attacks from Alucard's fangs heals Alucard if an enemy is hit and can heal allies)

Ultimate Ability: The Count: Alucard's craving for blood can not be contained to increase speed (movement, reload and firing), damage, and lifesteal but is unable to use any other abilities for 10 seconds. His attacks now heal all teammates in a radius during this ability. A trail of darkened version are left behind him with glowing eyes. Alucard's eyes also glow red.
