Chapter 3

It was just another boring weekend, Yurio's dad's were at home since they wanted to spend more time with him for whatever reason. "So, Yurio, who was that Otabek guy~?", Viktor cooed which made Yurio role his eyes "I don't know. Just some guy.", he said continuing to eat his cereal. It was just him and Viktor up since Yuuri was still sleeping because he had a long day yesterday so Viktor let him rest for a little more. Suddenly Yurio's phone buzzed so he checked the notification and it was a message from twitter, he was confused because usually nobody talks to him on, well, anywhere. He opened the notification:

o.a.: hey, Yurio is it? it's Otabek
o.a.: I know we don't really know each other but I'd like to get to know you more, wanna meet at the café downtown?

Yurio smiled and slightly blushed at this message.

y.v.: sure! I mean.. sure okay yeah whatever.

o.a.: you're cute when you try to sound cool around me.
o.a.: see you soon.

Yurio blushed at Otabek calling him cute, did he like otabek? he barely knew the guy, it was too soon to tell so he just thought he felt flattered. He grabbed his stuff and put a jacket on, "I'm gonna meet a friend at the café downtown, bye dad.", Yurio said as he then walked out the door and shut it behind him.

Yurio was smiling as he talked about his passions Otabek as Otabek had his hand under his chin and was smiling back at Yurio while he was slightly blushing, Yurio felt truly happy for the longest time in his life, he didn't want this feeling to ever fade. "So! Tell me about yourself, now!", Yurio said still smiling and looking into Otabek's eyes. "Well, from kindergarten to 3rd grade I lived in Russia because my grandparents thought it would be a nice place, but I just felt so lonely so later we moved here to Japan so I could practice ice skating better since so many people around here love ice skating and it did make me happier.", Otabek said smiling while looking into Yurio's eyes. "I was born in Russia! I went to маленькие кошечки детский сад!" ( little kitties kindergarten )
Otabeks eyes were in shock, "I went there!", he said with a non-stern tone for once. "Wow, I wish we knew each other. I only had one friend in kindergarten, on my last/first day there as I was leaving, this cute guy kissed me on the cheek.. I wish I could find him again..", Yurio said looking out the window. "Yurio.. I think that was me..", Otabek said with shock as Yurio raised an eyebrow and turned around. "What...", Yurio said. "I kissed a kid on the cheek when it was his first/last day there...", Otabek said as him and Yurio were looking each other in the eyes. "Oh my god! I'm so stupid! how did I not know it when I heard your name?! I've been looking for you forever!!!", Yurio said as he got up and hugged Otabek which made Otabek slightly blush but hug back, Otabek knew this was true love. Otabek has had a crush on Yurio since kindergarten, ' but Yurio probably doesn't even like me back ', Otabek thought to himself.
