We nearly lost you last night.

Steven said that the Orbs powers were still active. I am pretty sure your Brother killed the doctor who missed the energy inside you.

Actually I am certain Ethan killed him.

I couldn't lose you. If you were gone that would be it. Everything I have ever wanted to tell you would never be said. Everything you deserve, everything you have earned would be lost.

The world would be dark without you. It would be like the night sky without the stars. It would be like the ocean without waves. It would be wrong. It would just be wrong.

I couldn't live without that smile, those eyes, that playful skip, the way you adjust your bow with your tongue sticking out slightly and your eyes pointed hopelessly upwards.

If I lost you life wouldn't be worth living anymore.

If I didn't hear the sweet way you call out "Morning." to me when you see me or the way you blink whenever you start thinking or the way you giggle whenever something unexpected happens.

I wish I could be their instead of you, I wish I could be the one asleep and you be the one who's awake, doing what you do best, being the one to make everyone happy again.

You make me happy by just being their. Simply your presence, that silly bow, that glowing brown hair, those rosy cheeks. Simply seeing that makes me happy.

I want to see that again.

"I can't lose you."

"It's scary In here." You whispered to me as we ascended another floor of the great Mt.Pyre. The ominous halls and little echoes of noise bouncing off the walls causing you to shiver. I felt the hairs in my neck stand up as something whispered behind us.

"Brendan." May said grabbing my arm and motioning for me to look behind me. A large purple haze moved toward us. It was a Gengar, Ghost type, likes to play tricks on visitors to the memorial mountain.

Well not today.

"Don't worry." I confidently said moving in front of May who shook slightly, I knew she hated ghost types and I didn't want her to be scared. "I'll handle this." I released my Shiftry, Blades. Blades roared at the Gengar who formed into its natural shape and groaned back at us.

"Foul play." I ordered as Blades jumped towards the Gengar and hit it with a powerful attack which pushed the Gengar back into the darkness, purple colours erupted in the air and the Gengar went invisible again vanishing into the walls. "Job done."

I turned around to face May who smiled at me and rolled her eyes. "My Hero." She said playfully. She patted my shoulder and kept walking causing me to quickly follow behind her as we climbed to the top of the mountain.

Fog made sure we could only see a few meters in front of us and I kept a close eye on May who's had both her hands wrapped around each other near the top of her chest. She was scared, I hated it when she was scared.

"Mayflower?" I called out. She immediately turned around and I instantly got concerned as a fake smile pulled on her lips. "We can go back down if you want?" She shook her head and frowned.

"We need to find out their plans, if it has something to do with the Orbs here we need to find out why." She was right, although it would be much easier for Steven to do this instead of two teenagers. "I'll be okay, besides, you will save me." She winked at me and I shook my head and walked next to her.

"Anything for you, princess." She elbowed me and we continued up the foggy mountain side.

Anything for you...
