Before I start, I just wanted to say something. This goes out to someone, (I won't mention name) who I believe I offended in a way. Please don't take offense to that, I am truly sorry you took it that way. Anyways, please accept this apology, I realize just how selfish that truly was. You make great stories, and continue doing that.

     Anyways, on with this chapter.

'Blaze... please don't let me down.'  Aeru watched as Flance gave signals to Blaze, trying to corrupt and stoop Blaze down to his own level. Blaze gave an evil glare to Flance,

"Your honor, I can vouch for Kara's case. She arrived at my estates late Teusday. And, your honor, I truthfully believe Aeru and Kara's story. I ask that you take my words into consideration, thank you," Blaze said  honestly, his face showing no concern or worry at all towards Flance.

Flance held an irritated face, glancing threateningly at Blaze.

"What does he have against you, Kara?" Aeru whispered, looking to Kara. Kara shrugged, feeling mixtures of relief and anxiousness.

"I don't really care  at the moment."

"Well, we still have to worry about that stupid, no good worhtless traitor, Lucian." Kara flinched at the anger in Aeru's voice, sensing his hatred.

"Is Lucian the Lucario I told you about?" Kara asked.

"Yeah... that's him." Kara was confused.

"Why are you upset with him. If it weren't for him, I would still be captured, or worse..."

"No. He let his stupid cousin take over him, just like he always..."

The voice on the phone rang out, easily surpassing that of the areas.

"Actually, the RUTHLESS ASSAULT WAS AROUND EVENING, WHICH STILL MEANS THAT THE  CRIMINAL'S GUILTY!" The receiver on the other end yelled out.

"This is pure fraudulence. Can't you see Wigglytuff," Aeru blurted out, unable to contain himself.

"I mean it's so obvious. The so called 'witness' won't even give out their name." Blaze chimed in, completely ignoring the steamed Flance who was trying to vigorously push him away.

Wigglytuff yelled out, startling everyone in the court house.

"THAT'S ENOUGH! BLAZE, SIT BACK DOWN! AERU, SHUT UP! THIS TRIAL IS ON RECESS!" Wigglytuff stormed off, Chatot following close behind.

Flance grinned slightly, smirking toward me and Kara. Blaze, who was still next to him, pushed him away roughly and trotted toward Aeru and Kara.

Kara tensed up a little as he neared. Blaze stopped a little ways away from the two, his face changing into a more calm one.

"I knew Flance was trouble," Blaze said in an irritated tone. "ever since that incident with him and Lucian."

"I know," Aeru added, nodding in approval.

"Um...  B-Blaze," Kara said weakly. Blaze looked down to her, seeing her flustering her hands softly.

"T-thanks for doing t-that," Kara looked down, avoiding the two's gaze.

Blaze put his hand over her head, making Kara shift her eyes back up to the taller pokemon.

"No problem. I have to admit, that was a pretty good trick you pulled on me that night, I'm thoroughly impressed." Kara smiled slightly, her body feeling a bit more relaxed.
