Have a dog.

"Look!" Ashton giggles smiling at the copper brown dachshund, waving at him.

I giggle at the dog and Ash, his eyes gleam as he waves his hands around laughing at the dog that follows his fingers around as if they were a toy.

"Trishyyyyy, can we get him," he asks his eyes now matching the ones of the dog beside him as him heart melts. "I'll take good care of him I promise."

I laugh once again "I mean," I say dragging out the n, "yes, yes we can," I say laughing.

He squeals, "yayyyyyyyy, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you," he hops up and wraps me in a hug hiding his head in my neck, he smothers me in kisses.

I turn back to the dog, giggling at his goofy grin. Ashton bends back down to pet his head.

"Hey buddy," he chuckles, looking up at me, "what should we name him?"

"Hmm," I rub my chin pretending to think, "How about nugget?" I say giggling slightly.

He laughs and looks up at me, "nugget it is."

We walk to the front with nuggets files in my hands. Handing them to the lady at the front she scans over them and asks us a few questions.

"He's yours," she says smiling at us as she hands us some papers and things for little nugget. "He's back there, you can go get him. He's in the carrier already."

We thank her and make our way back to nugget.

He jumps slightly in the carrier and Ashton giggles. Smiling I let Ash pick up the carrier, as I carry the other things meant for nugget.

Getting in the car Ashton quickly gets nugget out of the carrier and unexpectedly puts him into my lap.

"You give the best cuddles," he shrugs smiling and blushing as he gets into the drivers seat and starts the car.

The journey to the house isn't long and we drive into the driveway. I open the door and Nugget quickly hops off my lap.

I quickly try to grab him but miss as her runs out onto the lawn. Ashton quickly jumps and grabs him laughing and I break out into laugher too.

This is gonna be a long weekend
