You couldn't help but feel betrayed. How could he say that? You blinked away your tears. You didn't know he could be that cruel.

Then seeing Sebastian there with her. He knew how much you hated her. She wasn't good enough for him. That dark haired bitch only loved him when it was convenient. They were on and off so much their couple name should have been light switch.

You had fallen for him when you first became friends, you confessed your feeling to him and he apologized for not feeling the same way. It broke your heart but you knew his friendship was too important to lose so you pushed those feelings away. Seeing him date girl after girl broke your heart but as long as he was happy you were okay. Except for Leslie. You knew she was fake from the moment you met her. You tried to tell Sebastian when they first started dating but he didn't care.

Now here you are running downstairs balling your eyes out over your best friend. You mumble a sorry to whoever you bump into on your way downstairs.

"(Y/N)?" You hear an all too familiar voice call out.

You look up and see Chris standing there confused. You ran to him and threw your arms around him. "Shh it's okay." He held you pressing kisses to your forehead. That made you cry even harder. You were crying about your best friend who you loved while being held by another man who seemed to have feelings for you. You were a terrible person.

"Do you want to go back to my place?" He asked. You nodded still clinging onto him for your life.

-

"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked as you sat down on his couch.

"I'm a terrible person." You mumbled.

"Hey, don't say that. That's not true." He rushed to your side tucking your hair behind your ear. "You're amazing."

"No, I'm not." You shook your head.

"Alright, talk to me." He held your hands as you took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry Chris, I really liked you. " you notice his smile falter a bit but you continue. "But it's not fair that I start anything with you when I'm obviously still in love with Sebastian." You hiccup.

"I know." Chris smiled sadly. "I could tell, but I wanted to see if maybe you'd move on with me." He chuckled.

"I'm so sorry." You frowned.

"It's okay, but why did you run out crying?" He furrowed his brows.

Your eyes watered at the thought. "He threw it in my face..." You walked him through what had happened earlier tonight and then about how he's acted these past few weeks.

"I think I know what's going on." He nodded thinking. "He's in love with you."

You burst out laughing. "How did you get that from what I just described."

"Think about it, he pulled away from you every time you mentioned you were with me, he's obviously jealous."

"No, that can't be." You didn't want to get your hopes up. "He's with Leslie."

"That's his booty call, we both know he doesn't love her anymore."

"Well even if he did like me, he has a shit way of showing it." You frowned. "I think I need to go."

"Where are you gonna go? It's almost midnight."

"No, I mean leave the city."

"Wait, what?" Chris frowned.

"I can't stay with him, not after tonight."

"Then stay with me."

You smiled sadly. "I can't, you're a great friend but I should probably go home and sort some stuff out."

"I understand, we can deal with that tomorrow though, come on." He took your hand and led you to his room. "Take the bed, we can talk in the morning."

-

You woke up before Chris, you wrote him a note thanking him for everything and made your way towards Sebastian's apartment. You didn't know what you would do but you knew you had to go. Hopefully Leslie was no longer there. You knocked on the neighbors door asking them for the spare key which they kept for you.

You unlock the door and your eyes widen at the sight of the apartment. Sebastian was passed out on the floor surrounded by flipped furniture. You tried to ignore it and just pack up your stuff but you couldn't leave him like that.

You made your way over to Sebastian kneeling by him. "Baz?" You stroked his hair soothingly.

He seemed to whimper but he didn't wake up. "Baz? You okay?"

His eyebrows furrowed at the sound of your voice. "(Y/N)?" He mumbled.

"Yeah, it's me Baz." You continued to comb your fingers through his hair. "Have you been drinking?" You ask already knowing the answer.

"I'm sorry." He just mumbled still not moving. You got up trying to fix the couch so you could lay him on it, his back was probably gonna kill him today, you hope he doesn't have to film because he's a mess.

"Alright, I'm gonna get you on the couch." You tried to sit him up so you could grab him better. "Damn your heavy." You groan as you pull him onto the couch.

You huff as you fix him. "Stay here." You press a kiss to his forehead covering him with a blanket.

You make your way towards the guest room to pack your bags. You grab everything and stuff it into your suitcase. You take your time as you reminisce on your stay here.

"Where are you going?" A deep voice startles you.

"Baz!" You yell in surprise. "You scared me." You mumbled as you continued to pack your stuff.

"I said, where are you going?" He repeated walking over to stand in front of you.

"Home." You gulped.

"No, you can't." He took your hands in his. "I'm so sorry about last night." He squeezed his eyes shut, pressing his forehead to yours.

"I know." You sighed closing your eyes.

"Then please, stay." He wrapped his arms around you, pulling you in close.

Your eyes watered at his plead. "I can't."

"Why not?" He faltered.

You couldn't fathom a response, you just smiled sadly before grabbing your things and leaving him standing there.
