“Where is she?” I heard someone ask. Cade.. His deep voice is still quiet and calm.

“I believe my brother asked you a question.” I heard a punch and groaning, damn you Cameron.

“We won't ask you again!” I heard a gunshot and jumped. Fucking Colton. This is not good, you never want to piss off Colton. Don't let their good looks fool you, they're the devils spawns, they're freaking evil.

“I don't know who you're talking about.” I heard Drake lie. I heard a crack and Drake cursed.

Tears came to my eyes. I can't do this, I can't let Drake get hurt he's been nothing but nice to me. He took me in and treated me like family, even when everyone told him to throw me out. He even challenged and beat his father so that he could become alpha, all because he didn't want to turn me away. I heard another shot and jumped.

“Fuck!” I heard Drake growl.

“The next one will be between your eyes.” Cade growled.

Forget this! I unhooked the latch on the floor and opened the small door and crawled out. I looked around and gasped. Drake was holding his shoulder and blood was coming out fast. I wanted to throw up, I've always hated the sight of blood.

“Drake!” I cried. I took off my button up and pressed his shoulder.

“Damnit Bree I told you not to come out no matter what.”

“I-I couldn't let you get hurt because of me.”

“I can handle myself.” He scolded. I hung my head in shame. I hated disappointing people, especially Drake.

“I-I'm sorry.” He sighed and wiped my tears.

“Don't cry Bree Bree.”

“This is all so sweet but we gotta go.” Cam said while smirking.

“She's not going anywhere with you sick bastards just leave her be.” I heard a gun cock and looked up. Colton had a blank face and his eyes held annoyance.

“Get the fuck over here Bree.” I looked at all three of them then back to Drake. I heard a bang and jumped.

“Shit.” I heard Drake hiss. I looked down to see blood coming from his leg.

“Drake!”

“I'll be fine.” He frowned. I looked at Cade he raised an eyebrow.

“You have until the count of three then we storm the place. You know us, we will kill everyone here including the children. One.”

“Fuck off!” Drake growled.

Cade chuckled. “Two.”

“Alright!” I yelled.

“No Bree.”

“I have to, I can't let everyone get hurt because of me. If something happens to you Dawn would kill me.” He had unshed tears in eyes.

“I'm sorry Bree Bree I broke my promise, I couldn't keep you safe.”

“It's ok Drake, you gave me six months of peace, of love. You took me in and showed me what its like to be a part of a family. Please don't feel bad I'll be ok.” I kissed his forehead sobbing.

“I love you Drake.”

“I love you too Bree Bree stay strong.” I hugged him tight, I didn't want to forget his scent. His scent smelled like home.

“Alright enough of this shit we gotta go.” I stood up.

“Guys.” I whispered. I hated that my voice was always so low and weak. They all looked at me.

“P-Promise you won't hurt them, I-If I come please don't hurt them.” They looked at each other then back to me and nodded.

“One more thing. Can I please be allowed to call Drake once a week? Please, if you let me do this I'll never run again.”

“Yeah yeah come on.” Colton grabbed my arm and I shivered. I looked back at Drake.

“I love you dork.” He tried to smile.

“I love you too geek.”

They dragged me to the car. All of the pack members cleared the way. No one dared to say a thing, they didn't want to die. The Stanislav brothers were ruthless and unpredictable. They threw me in the car with Cade driving. I sat in the back between Colton and Cam. Colton grabbed my face, tears began to pour again. I was afraid, I knew I messed up. His eyes turned black.

“C-Colton I-I’m s-sorry.”

“I know Princess but you still need to be punished and we're going to have fun doing it.” He let my face go and I looked at my lap. All I could do was pray that they wouldn't hurt me too bad.
