Your P.O.V:
Today's the day that Sean, Signe, Anti, Kara and JG are officially moving into the house across the street. You'd really love to be helping them move everything in and unpack, but Light is helping with training you to shift your form and retract your wings by will. It's proving to be difficult.

"Light, we've been trying for, what, 2-3 hours now? Can we please take a break?" You practically beg your uncle. He sighs and nods.

"I suppose we should, I'm sorry if I'm being hard on you (Y/N), I just want you to be able to do this. I know how much you've been wanting to be able to upload a proper video to your channel, or even just go outside for the past few days..." he says defeatedly as he sits on the edge of the couch. You go over and hug him.

"Hey, it's okay. You haven't been too hard on me, it's good that you're pushing me to do this. And we're getting there, I can willingly move my wings around and get them to fold and retract. See?" You wrap your wings around the both of you to prove a point. He smiles and pulls away.

"My brother raised you very well, you know that? God, this reminds me of when we were all little kids. I think I was about 12 when my wings finally came through. Mark, Dark and Glitch were so happy for me, Wilford didn't appear to care all that much, neither did Host, and Google... well, Google didn't easily understand emotions all that much back then. Mark, Dark and Glitch worked together to help me learn how to use my wings. We were all very close back then... Mark, Dark and I still are, but... we haven't heard from Glitch, Google, Wilford or The Host in years... probably not since you were 4... as for all our other brothers... god knows where the heck they ended up..." Light trails off and you notice a single tear drip down his cheek as he does. You wipe it away and smile at him.

"I'm sorry to hear that... do you wanna get back to training to get your mind off it?" Light smiles and nods, standing up again. You chuckle and go back to your earlier position.

"Okay, let's try shifting to your human form again. Remember what I told you; focus on what you looked like before, then focus on what you look like now, and finally imagine what it'll look like when you shift into your human form." Light speaks calmly and quietly.

You close your eyes and focus, following his instructions to the best of your ability. You see yourself in your mind, you see what you used to look like; (E/C) eyes, a bright smile without fangs, no wings, a normal skin colour... You then see how you look now; long and sharp fangs, a blue eye and a red eye, and a black wing and a white wing, along with the branding on your neck and pale skin. You then try to see yourself shifting into your human form, your Alternate features fading. And you can finally feel it start to work.

"Ooh okay, if it helps, think of something that makes you undeniably happy. Your happiest memory, if you will." Light quietly murmurs, so he doesn't distract you.

You try doing what he suggested and immediately know which memory. When you sang and danced with JG and your family (and by family, you mean everyone; Mark, Jessi, Dark, Desiree, Sean, Signe, Anti and Kara) behind the Hollywood sign on your birthday.

Nothing could make you happier than you were on that evening with your family and, of course, with JG. These people mean everything to you, nothing could ever change that. You smile and a few tears of simple happiness slide down your cheeks.

You hear Light gasp, along with some other people. You open your eyes to be met with the room being filled by the Good Hearted people that you have grown to love dearly. They're all gaping at you with their mouths unhinged and pure happiness is written across all of their faces.

"What?" You ask them.

Light steps up to you and turns you around so you can look into the mirror hanging on the wall behind you. You gasp and widen your eyes, nearly starting to cry when you see your reflection. A sight you never thought you'd be able to see again. You look...
