When I first met you I thought you were the world
You carried yourself so sweetly and when I needed you, you were there
Together we became one and life began to swirl
It seemed as if we were the perfect pair.
We had some great adventures
The things we did and the places we explored
You seemed to be a person I'd always remember
I we would make more.
But when I started to see the truth
That you never wanted me for me.
As everything unscrews,
I realize all you wanted was popularity.
Your once innocent smile has turned evil.
The sound of your lying words has turned lethal.
Now you've left me bruised and sore,
Because you are not who I thought you were.
