Ace And The Scouts

Chapter 2

As I ride to sneak into the expedition, I wonder who I'll meet and I also realise that I only have a small idea of how to kill a titan! I see the scouts and slowly go in and join into a small platoon. Dang it, I see some girl with black hair and gray eyes from another platoon  looking at me. She is riding beside some older boy with black and the same colored eyes, they are also both short, maybe related. I saw a few titans but did nothing caus' I would probably die if I tried, after a while I heard people yelling someone was a titan shifter, Akemi I think. A few hours later we head back and I find out that we are going to go out tomorrow and bring a titan back alive. I head back to the house and open the door "Loki, I'm back!" I yell. He comes thumping down the stairs with my blanket in his mouth, he look so sad."Sorry I had to leave ya bud, but I'm goin' to join the scouts. Inferno get settled in I'll come get ya, ok bud?" He barks once, I think he is ok with it. I go up stairs to sleep, its been a long day I don't even bother to eat. I wake up early and go join the scouts again on the hint for a titan, as we head out I feel like someone is staring at me so I look around but no one is so I ignore it. We brought back two titans and I went back to get Loki and we move into with the scouts though I have to hide him some times I take out when I believe no one will find him.

I have been with the scouts for about five months now, I have made some pretty good friends. One of them is that girl that I believe saw me on that first expedition, her name is luna Ackerman, her brother is the one she was riding beside, the other is Akemi Arlert, cousin to Armin Arlert. Loki got found out when Luna found his fur on a bush and found us I tried to hide him by standing in front of him but it was useless, she had surprised me by going up and petting him. Even though I have proven myself to be a very good scout, I don't think some people trust me much like Lunas, brother Captain Levi. Speaking of the Captain, he was furious when he groundout aboutthe Loki, Luna makes sure I clean everything up after Loki. I think that family loves to clean, it's really annoying since I never had to clean my house.

Tonight is Lunas 11th birthday party, Section Commander Hanji is going to do special effects, and fireworks and a big cake, Lunas gonna love it! I got here a sliver bladed dagger(look up for the picture) that I am borrowing for ever for some rich person for her birthday, but she does not need to know that. We wait outside of her door for her to come out, when she does she is wearing the scouts cloak and combat boots, a crescent moon choker and a red dress, I hear Levi say that she looked beautiful and then her mom rushed up to her. We all went out side, it was cool there were torches hanging around lighting everything up, some people start playing violins and I go over to a table and pour my self some rare apple juice, I love but safely don't have it much but before I can drink any of it Loki jumps on me and I spill it all over my head head, as I stumble to re catch my balance I scold him "Loki!" Once I was not falling over any more I say to Loki "It's ok bud, i'll just clean up." I look down sadly at the apple juice on the ground, then I hear Luna say, pretty loudly "Levi stop it! I don't need to be protected!" The she rushed off somewhere, I wondered if I should follow, I'm still getting used to having friends. Then I see her brother following her so I decide to follow to but I'm going to stay hidden. I follow him to her bedroom and find a good spot to hide and listen, I'm good at these things. I hear Levi say"Hey...Luna, I'm sorry, I just worry about yo-" Luna interrupts him and says"No, thats the problem, you dont!" Levi again and he sounds hurt"What are you saying Luna, of course I do!" Luna again yelling this time"You know what, I wish you had died instead of Isabel and Farlan that day, because at least they cared about me!" Then Luna started to apologize"Levi-aniki I'm so sor-" This time Levi interrupts"Good, because you're right, I dont care about you.I'm not your brother. I hate you Luna. Then I hear the door slam shut and Levi walks past me. I am very confused, Im pretty sure Levi is Luna's brother, and even more sure that he cares about her.
