I'm walking on water
The stars at my feet
I don't know what I'm doing
But you're all I want to keep.
You're dancing in my dreams
Twirling amongst the moonbeams
You're just beyond my reach and all I can do is stare
Because my mind is dark—you don't belong there.
Then prowling demons are just within your reach
Composed of my evils and sins; all things bad
I want to stop you; I want to protect you; but all i can do is screech
For it's my hands lifting to your throat, my monsters waiting eagerly by my side.
