Numb

Everyone's felt numb at least once in their lives; be it emotionally, mentally, or physically, and even perhaps all three at the same time. The point of this is, though, that at some point you have felt numb be it because of something that happened to you or someone you love or maybe something that someone said to or about you that made you feel this way, but everyone has felt this way before. 

It can last for hours, days, weeks, months, and maybe even years, but at some point the feeling should go away as does everything else tends to do in life.

Just take a deep breath, close your eyes, blast music through your earbuds, go somewhere quiet and empty to scream all the feelings out, any of these things will work to help get rid of that numb feeling

Call a close friend to just sit with or talk to, Be alone in complete silence, or spend time with your pet.

Again, these feelings will pass, time will move along as it always has, and life will move forward. You will feel okay again, just take the time to properly heal yourself before you do anything drastic.
