The next school day was a little difficult. Alice decided to literally follow me everywhere I went. She followed me to each class, my locker, to lunch, to the restroom, to the bus, everywhere. If I was there, you could sure bet Alice was there too, breathing down my neck. It was ridiculous. I never once got to be alone. Not even for a second. The weird part was is that she didn't say anything to me. She just stared at me, watching my every move. It kinda creeped me out but..it also was kinda cute. I can't quite explain it. Her eyes were just filled with anticipation of my next move.
Sometimes I'd look over and there she was. Bug eyed and awkward. It took all I had not to laugh because when I did look at her, she looked like a model with the button eye things we used as children on art projects. Didn't help that she decided to wear a light button down shirt that she left the top few buttons undone and a ripped jeans with boots and a beanie. She had her blonde hair in a side braid too. She looked beautiful..but she also looked kinda desperate. It was kinda funny now that I think about it.

Do I look desperate? Does she notice me here? Does she like me? UGH! I don't know! Alice kept thinking as she just stared at Callie. Callie was reading again. She didn't care though. She studied Callie as she read. She studied her features, her style, her movements, everything. She wanted it spot on for her drawing. I wonder if she'll like it or if she'll think it's creepy? Alice thought as the bus stopped in front of her street. She got her things together, walked home, and then began drawing the portrait of Callie.
