Chapter 4

Marinette P.O.V

"See! I told you they'd come!" A little girl with blond hair tied in to pigtails said, rolling her blue eyes.

"We don't have time for this! Mum and Dad are in danger and we need these guys to help them!" Another boy with dark blue hair responded harshly, gesturing to Adrien and I.

"Uhh...we're still here you know. And we can help your parents," I said as the two kids look up at me.

"Right lets start for square one." The little boy says before continuing. "My name is Hugo Agreste and I'm 10, this is my little sister Emma, she's 8 and that little baby over there is our brother Louis." He said walking over to Louis, and picking him up.

"Uhh...did you say Agreste?" Adrien asked looking confused.

"Yes! I know that your not supposed to know much about your future but you'll have to know this." He responded, his green eyes seemed cold as they look upon us. "We are the children of Adrien and Marinette Agreste, otherwise known as Ladybug and Cat Noir. Sound familiar yet?" He said raising a eyebrow.

I was in shock. I ACTUALLY MARRY ADRIEN !!!! This is so AWESOME!! Wait.. These are my KIDS! From the FUTURE! "So I marry Adrien!" I squeal.

"Aww my bugaboo cares!" Adrien exclaimed smirking as I blush.

"We don't have time for this!" Hugo interrupts. "My parents, YOUR FUTURE SELVES, have been captured by The Collector, a villain from this era."

"Wait! What happened to Hawkmoth?" Adrien asked, I look curiously on Hugo in front of us. Did we defeat Hawkmoth? Did he team up with this villain The Collector?

Hugo seemed to contemplate this until he finally stated,"I'm sorry, you cannot know that."

"I understand, I've seen enough time-travel movies to know that we can't know much about our futures," Adrien said as he put my arm around my shoulder. I felt my cheeks warming up.

"Ok moving on," Hugo stated before continuing "Paris is unaware the their protectors have been captured, so we need you two to act as them, so not to raise any alarms. Getting my parents back isn't like an ambush, you cannot just run in and save them, you are going to have to think things through and try to find them first. They have been missing for 2 days now." Hugo's eyes started to water. "That's why I called you back. To help me to find them." Tears were falling now. "Please! You have to help them! I miss them!" Hugo shouted and sobbed.

As if it were instinct I kneel down and gather him up in my arms. "Aww, there there, little one, Adrien and I promise to get your parents back," I soothed.

"Little chef," Hugo whimpered.

"What?"

"Mama calls me her little chef."

"Oh ok. Um... There there little chef," I replied. Shocked at how natural it feels to say that.

"WAAA!" I hear the baby wail. Adrien rushes over to comfort him. 'Hmm Adrien's a natural at this.' I thought to myself.

"Ok Hugo," Adrien begins now holding Louis, "how do we help?"

"You need to act as our normal parents. Ladybug and Cat Noir's identities still remain hidden to Paris. The only ones who know are Aunty Alya and Uncle Nino." Hugo sniffed.
"We tell Alya and Nino our identities?" I say, Hugo crawls out of my arms.

"Yes so let's go. We need to show you where we live, and tell you how life is like. Marinette and Adrien need to seem the same." Hugo says getting two his feet.

"Also you two need to get changed." Emma states walking next to Hugo. "Those clothes your wearing are so 2017."
