Sasuke: *Face Pales*

As Rose got to the hospital, they immediately started surgery.

~Kakashi's POV~

I was waiting outside the room they put Rose in with my team. Naruto was pacing back and forth, Sakura was on the floor hugging her legs, and Sasuke was deep in his thoughts.

(Imagine the pose he was doing when he introduced himself.)

Once it got late, I told my team it was time for them to leave. Naruto refused but Sasuke dragged him out with Sakura. After the surgery was done the doctor came out with papers for me to sign and had news to tell. As I went into the room with him the 3rd Hokage was in there too.

"Kakashi..." The Hokage started. "Rose is officially off Team 7 as well as being a ninja."

"What?!" I said surprise.

"It's just as I said."

"Why?"

"Rose's left arm and lower half of her body is paralysis. The sand crushed her lower half of her spine. It also went around her neck which led to a part of her spine that her left arm is or was connected to, to be damaged. She's lucky to even be alive." The doctor informed me.

~little time skip~

~Rose's POV~

 A few days pass since I woke up. Naruto and Sakura keep visiting me. But I didn't pay attention to them. I just lay in bed sleep, drank, and if I have to, eat. No one knows about my condition besides Kakashi, The 3rd, a few Jōnin, and the staffs at the hospital. But to be honest I don't care. 'What's the point of living in the ninja world if I can't be a ninja.'  *Knock* 'Now who is it' 

"Hn," said the person who walked in through the door. 'I wonder who that could be.' 

"Here. The doctor said that you need to eat some food." Sasuke said. But I didn't care I wasn't hungry and I sure didn't want him to be here. After minutes of ignoring him, Sasuke finally spoke up.

"Rose you need to eat."

"I'm not hungry."

"Doesn't matter if your hungry or not you have to eat."

"You can't force me." And right after I said that Sasuke took a spoon full of whatever the food was and shoved it in my mouth, what a jerk. After a while, I chewed the food to make it look like I was going to swallow it. And right when he thought he won and made the famous Uchiha smirk, I spit all the food in his face.

'Now who's the winner?!'

After a few moments of silents, I broke the silence this time. "Why did you come?"

"Because."

"That's not an answer."

"Whatever."

"Sasuke why are you here?!"

"Because."

"Because what!"

Because I love you!

~Sasuke's POV~

"And I don't care Sasuke," Rose said.

"Come on get up."

"..."

"Fine." And with that, I grabbed her hand and pulled her from the bed.

*BAM* Rose fell with her back against the bed.

"Come on Rose get up."

"..."

"Rose?" I asked her but she didn't respond, keeping her head down looking at the floor. "Come on, you need to get fresh air, get up."

"I can't," she said in a soft whisper.

"What do you mean you can't?" 

"Sasuke I can't." And with that, she lifted her head up and looked at me. 

And what I saw was...

Nothing But Darkness In Her Eyes.
