These Poems are About As Deep as a Kiddie Pool

Dear God

Dear God, 

I'm scared.

I've never had anxiety like this.

I feel like I'm drowning.

I think I might explode.

I don't know who to talk to. 

Please help me.

Please let me feel safe.

Please.

I think I will die and I can't stop thinking that and I'm terrified.

No one else is around to know. 

If I try talking to someone I know I will fall apart.

All of the people I run to for help cannot be found.
