"Come on, Dude!" Carlos and I cheered as we played with Dude, the campus mutt. For a boy who was afraid of dogs, Carlos is sure in love with Dude.

I stood up with him and smiled brightly. He smiled back and looked straight ahead.

"Brea...look.." Carlos said and nodded his head to the direction he was looking at.

My smile faded as I saw Audrey's grandma talking to Mal. "Just watch and if there's trouble, we'll stop it." I said calmly.

He nodded and we watched. Soon, she realized that Mal was Maleficent's daughter, thanks to Audrey.

I walked over to Queen Leah and smiled. "Queen Leah, it's okay," I said. "Maleficent is still on the Island. This is her daughter Mal." I explained.

Ben joined in and wrapped his arm around Mals neck. "Don't you remember my proclamation to give the new generation a chance?" he asked.

"A chance to what, Ben and Brea? Destroy us? Come on, you remember, don't you?" she urged.

"Queen Leah, she has-" I tried to stick up for Mal. I glared at Audrey. She scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"The poison apples. And the spells. My daughter, was raised by fairies because of your mothers curse,"  Queen Leah said. "So her first words, her first steps, I missed it all!" she cried.

"I'm so, so-" Mal tried to say. Chad stepped in her way and laughed evilly.

"Go away! Get away from her!" he sneered. This was none of his business.

"Don't do this, Chad." I said through gritted teeth. He smirked.

"What? They were raised by their parents, Brea. What do you think villains teach their kids? Huh?" he asked.

"Chad." I warned.

"Kindness? Fair play? No way, okay. Uh uh," he continued. "You stole another girls boyfriend." he pointed at Mal.

"Hey, hey!" I shouted and death glared him.

"Oh, you enjoy hurting people," Chad said and pointed and Jay. "And you, you're nothing but a gold digger and a cheater." he finished and smirked at Evie.

"Chad! Stop right now!" I yelled and pushed him back. Evie stepped in my way.

"Mirror, mirror in my hand, who's the biggest jerk in the land?" she asked and pointed her mirror at Chad.

He scoffed and moved her mirror away, pushing her to where she almost fell. I quickly caught her.

"Back off Chad! All right!?" Ben yelled, getting angry. Oh great. He better not go beast mode on Chad. Wait, I'd actually like that.

Chaos erupted. Evie pulled out a perfume bottle and sprayed Chad, making him go unconscious. I gasped.

"Chad? Chad!" Audrey yelled, trying to get Chad to wake up.

"Evie did something to Chad!" Doug yelled.

I saw Mal standing there, her mouth hung open. "Come on, Mal!" Evie yelled and dragged her away.

"Chad wake up! Chad come on!" Audrey nervously yelled, still trying to wake him.

Ben and I looked to our parents who were shocked. My father took of his glasses and cleaned them. "I feared something like this would happen." he sighed.

"This isn't their fault!" Ben argued, his face becoming worried. My father put his glasses back on and sighed.

"No son. It's yours." he replied and interlocked arms with our mother. My mouth hung open.

"Mom?" I asked. She looked down and shook her head. She walked away with our father.

I turned to see Ben, tears forming in his eyes. I rubbed his arm. "Enchanted Lake?" I asked. He sniffled and nodded.

"This is all my fault. If I never saw that stupid vision-" Ben said as we sat on a rock in front of the lake.

"No Ben. You did the right thing. They deserved a second chance. Everyone deserves one. Chad had it coming." I said.

"But everyone-" Ben tried.

"Ben, you did what your heart told you to do. You had that vision of Mal for a reason. Who cares about what the others think. You did a great thing." I smiled.

"Thanks sis." he said and hugged me. "We should go check on them. See if they're okay." Ben said and we walked to the picnic tables.

"Hey guys, how is everyone?" I asked and sat down next to Carlos. They stayed silent. "Yeah?"

"Hey, listen. Forget about it, all right? It was nothing. Forget about it, let it go. Tomorrow after the coronation, I promise everything will be okay." Ben smiled.

"It'll be back to normal. We promise." I said and looked at them all.

"Exactly. I have to go. I'll see you guys later." Ben said, kissed Mals cheek and walked away.

"How are you?" I asked Carlos. He shrugged and sighed. Doug walked up to the table and stood near Evie.

"Listen Evie, I wanna talk about earlier today." Doug started. Evie smiled sympathetically.

"Doug!" Chad shouted from the table across. I rolled my eyes and death glared him.

"It's my fault Doug, I'm sorry." Evie apologized.

"No it's mine." he said.

"Doug!!" Chad shouted once again, earning another glare from me.

"What?!" Doug asked, annoyed. Chad nodded his head in the direction of their table.

"Doug.." Evie whispered. He shook his head.

"Sorry...I can't." he replied and walked back over to the table. How pathetic.

Audrey walked up to us and I stood up. I hated that girl to the core. "How long does she think that's gonna last?" Audrey asked, a smile on her lips.

"Audrey, shut up. Ben chose her over you so I recommend you keep your snotty little mouth shut." I snapped.

"Mal is just a bad girl infatuation." Audrey giggled, earning a glare from Carlos and I.

"I mean, he's never gonna make a villain a queen." Jane laughed in Mals face and walked off.

Mal said through gritted teeth, "Beware forswear, undo Janes hair." With a wave of her fingers, Janes hair looked ridiculous.

I smirked. "Ew!" I giggled and smiled at Mal who smiled back.

"There's a lot more where that came from." Mal said and faced the girls.

"Excuse me, who do you think you are?!" Audrey asked. I rolled my eyes at the girl.

"Does she look like she's kidding?" I asked as Mal flipped through her spell book. They took off.

"Thanks Brea." Mal said.

"Anytime. I gotta go. I'll see you all at the coronation tomorrow, okay?" I asked. They nodded and I walked off.
