I had the receptionist, Sara, check Aka in and I clocked in really quick and brought Aka in to an examination room. I immediately began to run tests on her. We waited in silence as the last test finished. I scowled when it did.

"Everything says that your in perfect health. You haven't been feeling feverish, have you?" I asked her. She shook her head. I sighed and had Shachi bring another doctor in for a second opinion.

One of the gynecologists came in. Her name was Braiden, Carly. Dr. Braiden ran the same tests on Aka that I did as well as a few others that I didn't have the clearance to run.

"Dr. Trafalgar." Dr. Braiden called me over. I walked over to her.

"Yes, Dr. Braiden?" I asked. She batted her eyelashes up at me.

"You can call me Carly, you know."
She said in a flirty tone. I rolled my eyes.

"Miss Donquixote's results, Dr. Braiden." I said. She huffed and handed me the results. My eyes widened as I looked at them. I felt my heartbeat pick up. I turned to Aka. She grinned sheepishly.

"Aka-ya..." I said.

"Surprise." She said. I walked over to her and pulled her in to a kiss.

"Dr. Trafalgar! That could be considered sexual harassment of a patient!" Dr. Braiden said. I growled lightly and glared at the woman.

"Dr. Braiden, are you implying that it is unprofessional to kiss my fiancé? Especially when I have learned that she is carrying my child?" I asked. Dr. Braiden gaped at me.

"You never told me you were engaged, Dr. Trafalgar." She said. I cocked an eyebrow.

"Shachi-ya and Penguin-ya posted my wedding announcement on the buliten board three weeks ago, and Dr. Giard congradualted me on my engagement when I returned from my vacation five months ago in front of the whole staff." I said. Dr. Braiden glared at me. I scowled at her.

"Dr. Braiden, have you forgotten that you are married yourself?" I asked. She huffed and stormed out of the room. I looked back to Aka, who was stairing at me with wide eyes.

"That woman has tried to seduce every male doctor in this hospital. Seems the only ones immune to her are Shachi-ya, Penguin-ya, Dr. Giard and myself." I said.

"Who's Dr. Giard?" She asked.

"Giard, Leroi-ya. He's my new supervisor. He's a good man. Happily married with a husband and two daughters." I said.

"Ah, of course he'd be immune to her advances. But why Shachi and Penguin?" Aka asked.

"The two are morons out side of work, but they are the best assistants I've ever had." I said. She nodded.

"And you?" She asked. I rolled my eyes at the question.

"Why would I look at any other woman when I have you? And now we're having a baby." I said. I kissed her warmly.

"I love you, Aka-ya." I said. She smiled at me. I bent over and kissed her stomach.

"And I love you, too, precious one." I hummed softly. I scooped Aka up in to my arms and spun around, holding tight to her.

"You are my whole world!" I called out. She squealed and giggled happily. I set her on her feet. I lead her out of the room. I saw Shachi, Penguin, Dr. Giard and Dr. Braiden out there. Shachi and Penguin looked terrified.

"Told you." Dr. Braiden said. I smiled at Dr. Giard.

"Aka-chan! Are you okay?!" Penguin asked.

"You know this woman, Penguin?" Dr. Giard asked. Shachi nodded.

"Of course we do! She's the woman that makes Captain Law happy!" Shachi said while Aka reassured Penguin. I smiled at Dr. Giard.

"Dr. Giard, this is my fiancé, Aka-ya. Aka-ya, this is the hospital's surgical unit supervisor, Giard, Leroi-ya." I said. Aka smiled as Dr. Giard's eyes widened.

"Oh, you are the lovely Aka that Law spends so much time talking about. Your fiancé can never stop talking about you, miss Aka, and I must say that I can not wait to be calling you Mrs Trafalgar." He said, shaking Aka's hand. Aka smiled at him brightly.

"It's an honor to meet you, sir. Law has told me only good things about you. He respects you greatly." She said. Dr. Giard smiled brightly.

"Oh, Law, this young lady is an absolute delight! She's such a sweet heart!" He said. I smiled.

"What, you think I'm marrying her for her looks alone? No, every feature of this woman is beautiful. She's a blessing. And, I just discovered she's bringing another blessing in to my life." I said and gently wrapped my arms around Aka, resting my hands on her stomach gently. Giard's eyes widened.

"Oh. My. God." He said, his gay nature truely coming to surface.

"Eh?" Shachi and Penguin said in confusion.

"I'm going to be a father!" I said with a happy laugh.

"EEEEEHHHHH?! Captain is going to be a father! Aka-chan is having a baby! Aka-chan is going to have captain's baby!" The two cheered happily. Normally, their antics would piss me off, but today, I was in such a good mood that I couldn't help but laugh at their antics.

"Ahem, Law, you go ahead and take Aka home, then come back to talk to me. Carly. In my office. Now." Giard said firmly. I nodded and took Aka home. Rosa was waiting for us in the kitchen. We decided to go ahead and tell her then and there.

"Mom... I'm pregnant!" Aka said with a bright smile. Rosa gasped in surprise.

"Oh my! I'm going to be a grandmother?" She said, her eyes lighting up brightly. Aka and I nodded. Rosa hugged Aka, then hugged me.

"My goodness! Oh, I'm so happy. I'm so proud of you! Congradulations, my babies!" She said and kissed my cheek and Aka's head.

"Well, I better get back to the hospital so I can see what it is that Leroi-ya needs from me. I'll see you tonight, love." I said and kissed Aka.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you." She said.

With that, I returned to the hospital. Dr Giard told me that he had fired Dr Braiden for sexual harassment of co-workers and harassment of patients. He also apologized to me on her behalf because apparently, the whole reason that the four were waiting was because Braiden, Carly had accused me of sexually harassing Aka. But he had checked he security footage and all he saw was a man kissing his fiancé that he had just learned was carrying his child. After that, he gave me the rest of the day off to be with the woman I loved and our growing family.
