Months went by Brad did all he can to get Anika but nothing happened. I helped him as a friend to get what he wants but suddenly he gave up.
"V, I think I should move on from Anika. I mean she's not the only girl in this school" Brad said.
"Yeah Brad. You did so many things for her. I agre that you should really move on." I said to him
I have a great feeling that maybe there will be a chance that he will like me right? But just don't expect too much Vanessa.
"You know Gabbie in the other class?" He asked me in a shy way"
"Yeah whh?" I answered.
Then I felt a really bad feeling about this.
"Well she's very attractive and kind and smart.." He said.
"Oh yeah.. she is Brad" I said while looking at the floor.
He saw me. I wasnt sure of what to say. He noticed that I was not feeling really good about what he just said.
"Are you okay V? Are you alright?" He asked me.
I said yes and asked him if I may go to the comfort room for awhile.
As I went in a cubicle I almost cried. He likes my friend? Why all my friends? Why all them yet not me? Was my effort not enough for him? What's wrong with me?
